I Decided to Tell My Secret

Chapter Fifty-Six:

One week later…

Now that our relationship was already known from the Haimon's side, the last thing that I shall do now is to introduce him to my father. That will cause me a lot of thinking and problem on how shall I do that. Makes me think harder on how I can tell that to my father mostly now that he is busy with his duties.

"Is there a problem my Lady?" Wei worriedly asked me.

"Yes, there is a problem." I honestly answered.

"What do you mean?"

"I don't know how I will introduce Haimon to my father that there will be no complications by the time he finds out about us."

"Then, why don't you just break him so you don't have that kind of problem."

"Are you serious, Wei?!" I exclaimed. "I will never be able to break up with Haimon! Even if it will risk my life, I will never ever, going to do that! So, please! Don't you ever mention it no matter what happens, alright?!" I seriously stated.

"I-I'm so sorry my Lady. I didn't mean to--"

"Stop!" I cut her off. "I'm leaving first and this time, I don't want to see you. So please, distance yourself for now."

Deep into the Mountains

"Still mad?" I asked Siara after she recounted what had happened between her and Wei this morning.

She heavily sighs. "I'm not angry I'm even more upset with her because of what she said. I just couldn't accept it!"

"Why not try to break up with me?" I suddenly replied and to my surprised. "Ouch!" she hardly slaps me at my shoulder.

"Don't you ever mention that or else I will kill you! Because I will never ever allow you to be with another woman! Over my dead body!"

I don't know but the seriousness and fears were written all over her face and even if I meant it as a joke, seeing her attitude right at this moment makes me feel guilty. And I will never ever repeat what I did as a joke, because seeing her hurt makes me more hurt.

Without a word I quickly hug her so tight and let our warm body embraces each other. For a while, we just simply embrace each other until…

"Ehem, can I disturb you?" Melite suddenly came out of nowhere and breaks our embrace.

"Oh, sorry." We both replied that we both smiled.

"No more sweet moments for now." she said. "For now, it's more important that you two go home because it's Monday later. Maybe you have your own obligations that still have to be done when you're not together, right?"

She was right, we still have our own lives and even though I still really want to be with Siara for a long time, but it can't be done. So, I need to let her go even though it was so hard to do so.

"Alright, I will send you home." I spoke.

"Uhm," she nodded and smiled.

Manu Palace

As I hold Siara's hand I couldn't let it go even though we were at the back of Manu Palace. It so hard to let her go but what should I do, her father didn't know about us yet so up to here, I could only send and see her.

"I think I should leave." I said but keep holding her hand.

"Then, can you release my hand now?"

I look at her and honestly said. "I can't."

Silence.

"I-if you want, we can meet later." She suddenly said.

"What?"

"Yes, let us meet and I want to tell and show you something important." She seriously replied.

I don't know but I feel that it is really important and I couldn't say no to that. "Alright, where are we going to meet?"

"Downtown. Let us meet there."

Downtown

"My Lady?" Wei speaks to me with full of doubt and I already knew and felt that she's scared to know what I shall say.

"No worries, I'm not mad or upset to you." I honestly said.

Wei looks at me with anxious stare. "My Lady, I'm really--"

"If you say sorry, I promise you I'll be mad at you." I seriously stated that made her quiet. "Anyway, now! I tell you something interesting."

"What is it?"

"I want to be honest with him."

"What are you talking about?"

"I will tell him about my secret." I answered. "That I work in a shop and hides my true self just so I can get out of the palace freely."

"That will be a problem."

"On how?"

"What if someone sees the two of you together? You as Liraz and him as Duke Haimon? It will really cause a big gossip to others."

"I know what you mean and I already weigh things up."

"But--"

"No buts Wei." I cut her off. "I'm decided. I will tell him the truth. I was not even able to introduce him to my father and at least this secret I kept from everyone he would know. At least, I can be honest to him and to myself as well." And I am so sure, he will understand me and he will accept the fact that I need to hide my real identity to everyone.

Café Shop

I waited for Siara to come this morning, we both decided to meet here since this is private place and we can freely date without thinking if someone will see us.

"Mon." suddenly she surprisingly came at my back and I was really surprised. "Sorry, did I startle you? And can I call you Mon?"

I look up to her and it took me a while before I regain myself. "Alright," I stand up. "I was surprised yes and you can call me anything you want. Now, sit down first." I said and guide her to her chair. "So, what is that you wanted to tell?" I asked her as soon as I sat down too.

"About my secret that no one knows."
