The Unforgettable Crush

"I will get you for this, Ishwar!" I screamed with all my might, but the young girl just waved at me with eyes that raised the question of whether I am going to see her again.

"Carry me over to any part of Delhi," I ordered the A.I. system installed in my metal parachute, with a tear escaping my left eye. "I hope everyone is okay."

Turning the parachute into a pair of jet wings, I was quickly directed towards the direction of the Capital City. Thanks to the harsh cold weather, I didn't think about the others, not even for a second.

"Shit," I cursed out. Unlucky for me, I landed in between a crowd of women.

My skin turned pale as I tried to walk towards the towering snake-like skyscrapers. Yet, a girl wearing a plain ogre mask started pulling me in her direction.

"Mama, please help me," I prayed lightly, but that only made the girl giggle even more.

Bam—!

The lady pressed my back against a metal ceiling before she started dancing in front of me.

However, my eyes weren't even looking at her as I searched for a means of escape.

I tried to get away, but she kept grabbing my hands and placing them on her behind.

She whispered in my ear, "I have a room nearby. I am going to take you there, my dear boy."

"A! A! A!" My mouth struggled to produce any words as the girl in front suddenly tried to take off my clothes.

"Oh my, is this your first time?" she asked before a small chuckle left her lips. "I happen to be good with first-timers."

I closed my eyes and yelled, "No! I won't!"

I pushed the girl back and tried to run through the crowd. However, it was only a fruitless attempt that didn't produce any results.

"Ahhhh! He touched me!" the woman screamed a lie, yet all the eyes that turned to look at me carried a great deal of malevolence.

"Beat him!" the crowd roared as all the women started to rush over to my position.

Swish, bam—!

The women started hitting me, but I proved to be a difficult target to hit as I started running past the angry ladies like a scared cat.

My eyes were shocked with awareness, realizing how much my feet were moving. It was the first time in my life I discovered such a hidden talent.

"I always thought guns were my thing."

My mind didn't dwell on it as I tried to navigate the busy streets. However, my luck finally ran out.

Honk, honk—!

A fast black SUV crashed into me, leaving me unconscious.

...

"Argh!" I groaned, the pain in my head was dreadful.

"Hey, hey. Don't try to force it. You're still hurt."

Hearing that gentle voice, I felt confused about the situation I was in, as I had almost no recollection of the events that took place.

I stared at the spinning light bulbs on the ceiling and muttered, "Just what happened to me?"

The AI health system answered again, "You were involved in a hit and run situation. It's common for you to forget about it."

"I see..." I muttered in an understanding tone, yet I didn't understand a thing.

The AI system remarked, "The medication injected into you is still taking effect. I recommend that you rest for forty minutes before you start moving."

"Forty minutes, huh? So it's only been three hours since I got hit by a car. Just what the hell happened to me?"

"It's pointless..." I muttered, as none of the options in front of me provided a way to get an answer.

Even so, I still had one thing in mind. "I need to become the King before Gaurav does! I need to save all the chiefs of South India who suddenly disappeared from the palace before they get executed."

An unpleasant notification entered my ears: "All the former chiefs of South India are going to be executed in the next two hours at the City Square Mall."

"Damn it! That bastard!" I cursed out loud as I forced myself to sit up straight from the bed I was sleeping on. "I need to get there as soon as possible. There are still my men! Just where the hell is this place?!"

At my loud shout, no reply came to my ears as the AI system had decided to ignore me. Nonetheless, I was not going to give up on my men.

"I don't need a machine to tell me my location. As a prince, I know all of India like the back of my hand."

The moment my feet touched the ice-cold floor, the mechanical system finally spoke. "With the current state of your body, I advise you to stop all unnecessary movements, or I will be forced to take action."

"Tsk. What could you possibly do? You are nothing more than a machine created by humans to test the extremes of their mind," I scoffed.

Cring, Cring, Cring...

The mechanical hands covering the entire ceiling started to find their way to where I was standing.

Swish—!

One of the metal hands charged at my head. However, I didn't even move an inch, leaving it to halt its stab when it was only an inch away from piercing my eye.

"Hmm. That's all your threats can do. Machines such as yourself were made to obey every word that comes out of the human mouth," I cringed a bit when saying that, but it was the truth.

"Rajar Amar, don't tempt me. Do you know you are the most wanted person in India right now? I can sell you off to the military or the royal guards at any time."

I smiled at the holographic red screen showing an angry emoticon in front of me, "If you could, you could have done it a long time ago. Just why are you taking care of a criminal me anyways?"

"...."
