A Late Dream

Wisp, Sit quietly in the living room. Lean back on the edge of a plush couch, she munched on a snack, her translucent form shimmering slightly as she did. The only sound was the soft melody emanating from the television, a single channel dedicated to classical music.

Munch! Munch! much to Wisp's spectral delight.

Swhing!

Suddenly, the air shimmered again, but this time with far more intensity. With a gasp, Wisp dropped her snack, a wisp of spectral breadcrumb puffing out of existence. In the blink of an eye, Frey and Alex materialized in the center of the room, teleporting back from the dungeon.

"Woah! What the heck?!" Wisp shrieked, her voice a high-pitched squeak that echoed eerily in the quiet room. Fury, tinged with a touch of fear flickered across her insubstantial face. "Nooo! You scared me half to death! And my snack…" she trailed off, a mournful sigh escaping her lips.
