Alex nodded at Gariel, a hint of sheepishness in his tone. "Yeah, sorry about that. You can go now."

With a blink of an eye, Gariel vanished with astonishing speed, leaving Alex and his companions in the quiet ruins once more.

As the echoes of Gariel's departure faded, a moment of silence enveloped the ruins. Alex, still processing the unexpected turn of events, turned to Qiao Daiyu and Adika.

"Well, that was... interesting," he said, trying to shake off the awkwardness.

"What now?" Qiao Daiyu asked, looking between Adika and Alex.

Adika glanced at the sky, a thoughtful expression on his face. "I'm waiting for the Outer God to get mad, but even after killing two gods, we can't seem to provoke him, huh?"

"Well... should we continue or skip?" Alex suggested, contemplating their next move.

"I need to head back home and level up," Qiao Daiyu said, determination in her voice.

Adika nodded in agreement. "How about you, Alex?"
