Chapter LXI: Things Get Better Between Us

"Antonio, I'm going somewhere, and I'm not sure when I'll be back, alright?" Cesare told me after Gabriel's departure.

"Honestly, I'm curious about where you're going, but I'm too exhausted to come with you. I think I'll head to the bedroom and wait for you there."

"Hm, don't you want to come with me to Gabriel's training hall? You know, I might find someone there to-"

"You won't find anyone. Plus, no one would agree to be with you out of fear of being crucified or drawn and quartered, don't you think?"

Well, I guess most people in the kingdom fear me more than they'd like to admit, so I can ensure Cesare doesn't enter into any relationship without my knowledge. Besides, Marcus knows his training schedule and keeps an eye on him all the time as he promised me days ago.
