It's already Wednesday, mid-week, and Pablo still hasn't heard from his wife. The video chat on Discord, until then infallible in the morning and in the afternoon, have not happened since Monday. The only information Pablo has of Martha's fate is a hurried farewell video on the Scale Storm Project channel by Jordi. Nothing makes sense to him.

Pablo is sitting on the couch in the living room, his body hunched over the cell phone, his eyes bloodshot from the last sleepless night. He sends another voicemail to Jordi, but Jordi doesn't answer or see them, and that leads Pablo to ponder whether he should contact the police.
