The First Murder

The Arbiter entered the Arbiter's Hall and saw Weisheng holding his head in his hands over the multitude of scrolls he had just collected from the library. The scrolls in the Hall could only be seen by the Arbiter and the Advocate. No one else, even servants, wasn't allowed to touch the scrolls. Therefore, it was up to the Arbiter and the Advocate to clear things out so they didn't get messy.

It was Weisheng's first day at work…

And the Arbiter's Hall was already a huge mess.

"B-Big Brother," The Arbiter called him politely, "We understand your concerns, however, do not make our job harder for us." He walked up to his desk and complained.

Weisheng raised his head to look at the Arbiter. His mask hid his true intention, but he wasn't furious. The Arbiter, however, gulped the moment Weisheng raised his head.
