“You…” Xiaoling tried to speak but ended up silent. 
“It doesn’t matter who I am,” Weisheng murmured, “All that matters is you stay by my side forever.” He raised his head from her shoulder and looked into her eyes, “Because you’re the only one I have in this world.”

Tale Of The Sorceress

The sizzling takeout meal looked scrumptious now that they had worked the entire afternoon for this. Hai made sure to order everyone's favorite while eating bland food, being allergic to spices.

"After the ceiling is done, I'll get the tiles ready," Hai murmured while eating, "I think it'll take another week to set up all the furniture before I can bring my fur babies."

"Where are the fur babies right now?" Qiang asked.

Xiaoling and Hai shared a glance and chuckled. Everyone stared at them with the utmost confusion, waiting for an explanation.

"They're in my room at the residence," Hai stuck his tongue out, "We literally had no other place…"

"Any new fur baby we find, we just buy an extra litter box and take it to Hai's room," Xiaoling chuckled, "That's why we should be quick with this building."
