LACKS GOOD PARENTING

Zeva frowned harder when she heard Lia's assumption, and she felt a sudden pang of guilt. But then she thought of something else, and blinked and said it, "Or because, the task just wanted me to beat someone out, so it did not give me a hint or target. After all, even if I had beaten you, the task would have been completed isn't it? Or maybe, there was someone who was even more deserving but we found the less deserving one there."

Zeva just pointed out the possibilities. She just wanted to feel less guilty.

Lia then carefreely shrugged and said, "Anyways, what does it matter? The good thing is that you have completed the task and got your reward."

Zeva sighed and nodded. Anyways, what did it matter. The best thing was she had completed the task, right.

Now, when they noticed the current circumstance there, Zeva saw that the verbal quarrel had intensified and gotten bigger.
