On hearing her, Zeva too blinked and realised that yes, exactly! Karl had her contact number, he could have simply called her and informed that she had left her ID card there.

And when I saw the address, I realised that I already had some work at this side of the city, so I thought of calling you when I reach the locality. But when I came here, I found out that my battery is dead." Karl said pulling out his phone.

Both the girls nodded their heads in understanding with their lips shaped as, 'O'. Zeva then smiled at Karl warmly, and aid, "Mr Karl, please have seat. We were just about to have our dinner, would you like to join please?" Zeva offered for him to join them for dinner, both due to politeness and excitement in her eyes.
