"Wait what!? They moved the school war in the week after next!" Someone shouted
"Y-yeah, they said they already graduated, and waiting for our end of the school year will take too long so they moved it next week of next week" Ferdinand replied
We gathered around the Fighter's Ground, for this meeting they said.
"Well I mean, you might have learned a lot with your partners right?" Ferdinand added
"Yeah, you're right"
I was excited to meet my new partner but the problem is, it was a girl... I am not saying girls are trash but what I am just saying is that I am not a good talker with them.
When I was young, I even got traumatized to *accidentally have done, like accidentally touching their ass, remembering it wants me to rewind the time to avoid it!
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Oi, Mateo, looks like the week after next is the start of the school war. Is there something in mind?" My Gigantosaurus said
"Uhhh, I dunno, my body is aching and cramping after the 14 weeks of continuous training. Good thing they gave us 2 weeks to rest. Hmmm, I kinda want to learn something, something to help me for the fight" I replied
"Oh, I recommend you to learn boxing, swoosh swoosh swish. Or taekwando, wata!, or wrestling, sumo or other more martial arts out there"
"Yeah, like those, but I want to learn something, something unique"
"Something unique?"
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I arrived at the gym, my grandfather's gym.
"Wait, your family has a gym?" My Gigantosaurus asked
"Yep, very old" I replied
"So, are you going to have a workout? I don't think 2 weeks will be enough to get strong for the school war"
"No, I gave up at the gym since my body never got bigger, even if I ate a lot, I am still slim"
"What are you here then for?"
"I know a guy here, someone I know to teach me"
I went inside, the music of the speaker is so loud, there are people playing in the entrance. I greeted the one who was looking after the gym. A lot has changed in this gym, the walls are painted, more gym etiquettes, more gym equipments, the ceilings are fixed.
"Eeeeiiii, is that you Mateo? Long time no see!" A familiar voice
I looked to my right, there he is, the one I am looking for, Rozu, Rozu Levi. He did his last rep of pull-ups and landed on the floor. His body got bigger than before. He is using larger clothes now.
"This is the first time I am seeing you again here" Rozu said
"Yeah, I came here to ask you something" I replied
"What is it?"
"You know breakdancing right?"
"Yes, why?"
"I want you to teach me breakdancing"
"Aaahh, perfect choice for a guy who does calisthenics. But remember, breakdancing is a form of dance expression, not a fighting style. While some breakdance moves might look like they could be used in a fight, they are not designed for combat and could actually be dangerous if used in that way"
"Yeah, I understand"
"Okay, let me show you for a beginner"
We went to the open area where we could safely train.
"Okay, first is to learn a Top Rock move, wait what are you going to learn breakdance for?" Rozu asked
"Something for a fight"
"Something for a fight? Hmmm, oh I know one, but you need to move fast. Okey, starting position, stand with feet shoulder-width apart. Imagine a clock face in front of you, with your body facing 12 o'clock"
He did what he instructed, I mimicked, he fixed my wrong wrong stance.
"Now, step 1"
He stepped his left foot forward, crossing it in front of his right foot.
"Just like this, this is like taking a small step to the 10 o'clock position. Your weight should be mostly on your left foot"
I followed
"Now step 2, bring your right foot back to the starting position, adding a slight hop. This should be a quick, rhythmic movement. Your feet should land on the beat of a music"
I did what he instructed, I failed, I repeated doing it until I got the hang of it.
"Good, now step 3, step your right foot forward, crossing it in front of your left foot. This is like taking a small step to the 2 o'clock position"
I did what he instructed
"Step 4, bring your left foot back to the starting position, adding a slight hop. Again, this should be a quick, rhythmic movement"
I did what he instructed, it felt getting better now.
"And there you go, repeat"
I did all what he instructed me, then repeated. I still got mistaken, but got the hang of it without any problems.
"Nice, it will help you move swiftly and agile, helping you balance, getting a close distance, avoiding attacks and probably make confusion and give you advantages, now for the next one, 6-step"
He started dancing and went to the ground and started kicking, and moving, doing a circle, he repeated again and stood up.
"This might take a long time to practice. Just take note of how to do it and put it in your phone's note. 6-step is good for attacking from below or attacking enemy who are on the ground"
I noted all the steps he said
*
Step 1: The Starting Position
- Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, knees slightly bent. Maintain a balanced, athletic stance.
Step 2: Step to the Side
- Shift your weight to your right foot.
- Step your left foot to the left, about a foot away from your right foot. Your weight should remain primarily on your right foot.
Step 3: Cross Over
- Bring your right foot across your body, slightly behind your left foot. Your weight is now shifting to your left foot.
Step 4: Step to the Side (Opposite Side)
- Shift your weight to your left foot.
- Step your right foot to the right, about a foot away from your left foot. Your weight should remain primarily on your left foot.
Step 5: Cross Over (Opposite Side)
- Bring your left foot across your body, slightly behind your right foot. Your weight is now shifting to your right foot.
Step 6: Return to Starting Position
- Step your right foot to the starting position, bringing your feet back to shoulder-width apart.

"Now, let's go to Backspin"
He started dancing with the rhythm of the speaker, he went to the ground and started spinning with his back on the ground with he leg up.
I noted everything
"Backspin is good for kicking the enemy and might be afraid of going near, since they are afraid of your move"
He knelt down to the ground
"I'm pretty you know this and can do it"
He straightened his right leg and started spinning his right leg, his left leg jumping. He infinitely did it and stood up.
"And that's what we call Coffee Grinder, it will be good for tripping opponents or might be similar to Backspin, making a barrier around and the enemy won't go near you. That's all the beginner moves I can teach you, now let's get to it!"
I started training the beginner moves, Rozu taught me until dawn, there are still moves I can't get the hang of.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Mateo, come back again if you want to learn harder moves"
"Kay"
I went outside of the gym, I am panting and breathing heavily. I am very exhausted and feel very sleepy.
"You still hanging there?" My Gigantosaurus asked
"Yeah, I can still walk"
I continued walking blindly
*Thud*
I bumped into someone
"Oh, sorry"
It is a guy, he turned around. It's Cain, the guy we threatened to transfer to our school during my practice with Gasil.
"Cain, it's you"
"Oh, uhhhhh, hey Mateo"
We started walking side-by-side. We saw a park nearby, went to the park and took a seat.
"Finally, rest time"
"So, what do you think you'll do for the school war? And why did you join?" Cain asked
"They made me join, even tho they didn't make me, I am still joining. And Theodore said something about punishment if we lose, might try to use my power in this to win" I replied
I looked up at the darkening sky
"I hope we will win this"
