Chapter 5 - Lockup
Junxi was beaten up by his own father at the hall. His back is badly hurt by whipped marks.
"Master, stop doing this to your son. He just recovered from cancer and is still in the recovering stage." The old servant, mr Jiang said.
"Still recovering and yet he have the guts to go travelling?! Guo Junxi! Have you forgotten what I said to you before you start your treatment?! I said once all the treatments have done, and you’ve fully recovered, you must leave that girl! Yet you dare to go against me and go travelling with her without telling me!? And you’re only 18 years old!" Junxiong asked angrily.
"I..I never said I will leave her at all! I love her from the first day I met her! Either you beat me to death or you let me be together with her." Junxi said weakly.
"Ay, Junxi, stop saying such things to your dad. He will really beat you to death! He really mean what he said!" Mr Jiang said.
Junxi was locked up in the storeroom next to the kitchen.
Mr Jiang gave him lunch and dinner but he never ate a mouth of food nor even a glass of water.
Junxi kept seeing his photos in his phone, thinking of the holiday, he and meixue went together last two weeks.
20 September 2000.
At Hong Kong airport.
Outside of the departure gate.
Mingguang and Christy are waiting for junxi and meixue.
They saw junxi and meixue walking over…
”The both of you really make it here! I am so worried for the both of you! I still scared that old man will not let you off.” Mingguang said happily.
”I went to stay at meixue house at Peng Zhou after I got discharged from the hospital. I didn’t tell anything to my dad.” Junxi replied.
“No wonder! Come, let’s go.” Mingguang said.
They took a flight to Osaka.
During the two weeks, meixue and junxi enjoyed their time together.
In the hotel room.
After a long day at Universal Studios.
Meixue was looking at their photos taken at Universal studios.
Junxi took off his shirt and lie on the bed next to meixue.
”Hey, you have just recovered few weeks ago! Please wear back your shirt! You will catch a cold like this!” Meixue said angrily.
”Dear, don’t keep looking at the photos. I am waiting for you.” Junxi smiled chicly and replied.
”Waiting for me to do what?! Quickly shower and sleep! It’s already close to 11pm!” Meixue shouted loudly.
”That’s why I am waiting for you to take a bath with me before sleeping.” Junxi hugs and kisses her.
At this moment, meixue return her kisses. Junxi remove her blouse and bra, showing her naked breasts and carries her to the shower room.
In the shower room.
Junxi on the rain-shower.
Both of them with naked bodies, hugging each other and kissing each other passionately.
”If I will to die now, I will go without any regrets. How I wish this moment is eternity. We can hug like this forever.” Junxi said seriously with a sexy voice.
“You sounds so erotic. I also wish we can be together forever.” Meixue replied shyly, using her hands to cover her breasts.
20 October 2000.
Outside the storeroom.
"Young master, you must eat something. You have just recovered from cancer, if you skip meals it will be very bad for your health." Mr Jiang said worried.
Junxi kept silence.
The next morning.
Junxiong opens the storeroom door and saw Junxi pale and whitish lying on the floor motionless.
Despite of his weakness, Junxiong still uses his leather whip to whip Junxi hardly.
Mr Jiang pulled the leather whip away from Junxiong….
"Master! Please don't do this to young master! He have skipped two meals and never drank a sip of water! If you keep whipping him, he will die!" Mr Jiang said loudly.
Junxiong threw his leather whip onto the floor...
"I give you two choices; either you break off with that girl immediately or you leave this house forever and don't ever come back! I will take as if I never have such a son and don't expect I will leave any money for you!" Junxiong said loudly.
Junxi pushed away the servants and went upstairs, packed his luggage and walked out of the Guo residence.
He tried his best to walk to Mingguang house. Meixue is still at Mingguang house, worrying about junxi's condition.
Junxi walked to Mingguang residence and fainted at the doorway.
The Lee residence.
The Lee servant, wang Sao saw Junxi and quickly alerted the male servants to lift him into the house. She quickly looked for Mingguang in the hall.
"Mingguang Shao ye! Quickly call the ambulance! Junxi have fainted outside our house!" Wang Sao shouted.
18 October 2009.
After two hours
In the ward.
Junxi woke up but he pretended to sleep.
"Doctor Kenneth, how is Junxi?" Mingguang asked.
"If possible ask Meixue to bring his son to see him as soon as possible. His condition is very bad. The most is only two weeks or less. As his body condition is bad, the cancer cells are out of control. There are cancer cells found in his spleen too and his spleen have enlarged badly, causing tremendous pain for him. The pain will be continuous till he died." Kenneth replied sadly.
"I immediately go and look for her! She promised him that she will bring Junhui to see him!!" Jiacong said angrily.
Junxi cried softly thinking back about six months ago when he just went back to Hong Kong.
02 February 2009.
Peng Zhou island.
Junxi rent an apartment near to the Lin seafood restaurant. He walked over to the restaurant when suddenly his back ached very badly. He kneeled onto the floor leaning on the lamp post.
Jiahui was walking back to the restaurant when he saw junxi fainted at the pathway. He ran over to him…
"Junxi! Junxi!" Jiahui said anxiously.
Jiahui piggy back him to the nearest community hospital.
In Peng Zhou community hospital.
After 30mins.
In the ward.
"Doctor Wong, how is he?!" Jiahui asked anxiously.
"Uncle Lin, how is the patient related to you?" Doctor Wong asked.
"He was my previous son-in law." Jiahui replied.
"His condition isn't that good. I also saw some pills in his pocket. I guessed he may have terminal stage of Leukaemia." Doctor Wong said.
"What!? Terminal stage cancer?!" Jiahui asked shockingly.
At outside the ward corridor.
Jiahui made a call to Meixue.
"Xue, are you in Hong Kong or Shanghai now? When are you coming back to Hong Kong?" Jiahui asked.
"Why dad? Why are you looking for me at this time?" Meixue asked.
"I have a friend who got terminal stage of leukaemia, I know you are well known for healing leukaemia. When will you be back?" Jiahui asked.
"I will be back next week. Oh, Junshan and Junhui is back in Hong Kong. Junshan will come over to visit you and mum tonight or tomorrow." Meixue replied.
"Okay, I will asked him. You faster come back. That patient needs your help badly." Jiahui said
"I know dad. Take care of yourself." Meixue replied.
An hour later, junxi woke up.
"How are you feeling Junxi?" Jiahui asked.
"Dad..dad? Why am I in the hospital?!" Junxi asked surprisingly.
"Please don't call me dad anymore. Meixue have already married to another man." Jiahui replied.
"I know, it's all my fault." Junxi said sadly.
Junxi started to cough badly. He covered his mouth with a tissue. Jiahui tab his back lightly….
"You…you coughed out blood?!" Jiahui asked shockingly.
"It's been like this for few months already. I lost my liver and left with half stomach. I need to insert a stomach bag next to my stomach whenever I have a drink or meal. It's retribution. I..I deserved it." Junxi replied crying.
"Is it true that you are a "male prostitute" for these few years? I really don't believed what my daughter said." Jiahui asked.
"Yes, I ..I am." Junxi replied softly with tears.
Jiahui pulled his shirt, and gave him a tight slap on his face.
"Why did you do this to my daughter?! I know you are not such a person! Why you become so cheap and disgusting!?" Jia Hui cried and shouted at junxi.
"I do this to protect everyone. I am a jinx. I will only give people trouble if they come close to me. That time if I don't chased Meixue, Mingguang and Jiacong away, Wang Deqiang will not let them off!" Junxi said softly with tears.
"What!? Wang Deqiang?! How do you know him?! And why he kidnapped you?!" Jiahui asked anxiously.
"This goes back all the way when I attended my dad's funeral. I was actually preparing to leave the funeral parlour and when I was going to flag a taxi, a group of men grabbed me into the van and kidnapped me." Junxi replied.
