Chapter 4 - I do not allow him to see his son!
Next day morning.
In the hospital.
Mingguang and Jiacong came to the hospital to visit Junxi.
In Junxi ward.
"Guo junxi! My cousin, she slept overnight with you yesterday?!" Jiacong asked angrily.
"Yes. Will you keep your volume down and let her rest." Junxi replied.
"I just mind you! She is only 13! What did you do to her last night?!" Jiacong asked and pulled junxi shirt.
”We just merely kissed and hugged each other last night. Nothing else.” Junxi replied.
When jiacong heard this, he was about to beat junxi….
Meixue woke up and pushed Jiacong away….
"Are you crazy?! Stop doing this to Junxi! He is doing bone marrow extraction in half an hours time! It will be very painful and it will affect the test results!” Meixue said angrily.
"Why is Junxi doing bone marrow extraction?!" Mingguang asked shockingly.
"I…I am suspected of early stage leukaemia." Junxi replied and couldn't withstand his anxiety he cried non-stop.
Meixue, Mingguang and Jiacong hugged Junxi tightly. Junxi couldn't stop crying and kept breathing hardly.
Meixue immediately presses the alarm.
Kenneth and nurses rushes over to the ward.
"Junxi, are you alright?! You have to calm down and stop crying if not it will be very uncomfortable and painful when you do the extraction." Kenneth said.
Junxi is so nervous till his hands and body are shivering badly.
Suddenly his nose is bleeding.
"Tilt his head over to stop the bleeding!" Kenneth said loudly.
"Can he still do the extraction today?" Meixue asked.
"Can. But Junxi you must calm down, if not your body is too stiff, we can't do the extraction." Kenneth replied.
"O..ok. I will try. Can Meixue go in to the room with me?" Junxi said.
"By right it is not supposed to. But with your condition, I will do the exception." Kenneth replied.
In the treatment room.
Meixue followed junxi, nurses and Kenneth to the room.
"Mr Guo, please bite onto this sponge. We will start the extraction soon. Stay calm and the pain will be lesser." The nurse said.
Junxi saw Kenneth took a huge syringe and extraction tool, Junxi got nervous till he clenched his fist tightly….
"Junxi, you must relax. If not it will be very painful." Kenneth said.
Meixue hold onto junxi's hand…..
"Junxi, relax. I am here. Don’t be scared. Everything will be fine." Meixue replied.
Junxi nodded his head with tears.
Junxi bite the sponge and the nurses hold on to his both hands.
Meixue stand at a corner of the room.
Kenneth inserts the extraction tube into Junxi back bone marrow.
"Ah!!! Ah!!” Junxi shouted with great pain.
Junxi bite the sponge till his lips bleed. Blood stains onto the sponge. He fainted after the bone marrow is extracted out.
18 October 2009.
Two hours later after the treatment.
Junxi woke up but never see Meixue around.
He is alone in his room feeling pain at his spleen area.
He made a call to Meixue.
"Hello is it Meixue?" Junxi asked.
"You must be Junxi? She is taking a bath." Junshan replied.
"Can..can you please remind her to bring something for me later?" Junxi asked.
"Bring what?! Bring Junhui, your son to let you see?! You do so many treatments till you have forgotten what I said to you, two months ago! I told you I will definitely not let you see your son! You forget what I did to you last year!? You still want to lose more fingers?!" Junshan asked angrily.
Junxi thinks back about the incident.
10 August 2009.
Hong Kong-Peng Zhou.
In a deserted old house.
Junxi went to the old house to look for Junshan.
”Ouyang Junshan, where is my son Junhui? I want to see him! You promise to let me see him!” Junxi asked anxiously.
Suddenly a few bodyguards grabs junxi and tied him up onto the chair.
Junshan took out a small knife….
”Guo junxi, I don’t remember promising you to let you see your son.” Junshan said.
”What…what do you want from me?! I…I can’t serve you anymore! I…I have cancer. Please let me go! I won’t ask anything from you anymore. I only have a few more months to live. Please!” Junxi cried and said softly.
”Didn’t I remind to leave meixue forever!? You forget our agreement! What should I punish you!?” Junshan replied angrily.
Junshan saw Junxi engagement ring on his right third finger. He pull the ring out by force.
”No! I cannot give you this engagement ring! This is my engagement ring with meixue! This is the only thing I left!” Junxi shouted loudly.
Junshan points the knife at junxi’s right hand…
”Well, it looks very nice. So insistent. Then don’t regret it.” Junshan said.
Without any hesitation, junshan harshly uses the knife and chops off junxi’s right hand third finger.
He took away the ring and junxi bleeding finger and thrown it out of the old house.
”Give me back the ring! Please!!!” Junxi shouted loudly with tears.
”Guys bash up his right feet and throw him back to the hospital!” Junshan angrily said.
Junxi right palm is bleeding badly and his right feet was beaten up badly.
The bodyguards sent him back to the hospital.
18 October 2009.
Meixue was about to come out from the bathroom when she overheard the conversation.
"Please..please Mr Ouyang, I..I only left few months to live and I promised I..I won't acknowledge him or tell him anything about me. I just want to take a look at him that's all." Junxi replied crying.
At this moment, Mingguang and Jiacong went into Junxi ward.
They saw him crying talking on the phone.
"Junxi, who is on the other end of the phone?! Is it Meixue?! Let me speak to her! I will asked her to let you see your son!" Mingguang said anxiously.
Junshan cut off the line at the other end.
Suddenly, Junxi vomited lots of blood on the bed. His spleen pained till he kept sweating…..
"Ah!!! Pain!!! Ming..mingguang, jiacong, I..I want to see my son just once. Please! I want to see him just once before I die." Junxi cried and shouted loudly.
"Jiacong! Immediately call doctor kenneth!" Mingguang said loudly.
Jiacong ran out of the ward.
Mingguang kept pressing the alarm.
He hold on to junxi's hands tightly…..
"Calm down! Calm down, junxi! Don't bite your lips!" Ming Guang said loudly and immediately use the pillow to block his mouth.
The pain in the spleen made junxi shivered badly and his nose even bleed non-stop.
The nurses rushed in.
"Please move out of the room immediately!" The nurses said.
Kenneth and Youming rushed into the ward.
"We need to do scope for him to get into his spleen to check. Youming hold tightly to him.
Alice, get another male nurse or doctor over!" Kenneth said anxiously.
Mingguang went into the emergency theatre.
"Mingguang, hold onto junxi tightly. We need to do an immediate insertion scope thru his nose without Anaesthetic." Kenneth said.
"What?! Without Anesthetic?! Are you crazy?! It will be extremely painful for the patient! Junxi is in great pain already!!" Mingguang asked angrily.
"He is bleeding profusely if we don't do this, he will bleed to death! He still wants to see his son!" You Ming replied loudly.
"I…I…I want to see my son. I will do my best." Junxi said softly weakly.
Kenneth forcefully insert the tube thru junxi's nostrils, his nose kept bleeding and he kept coughing out blood.
"Ah!! Ah!!" Junxi shouted painfully.
Memories brought him back to that year when his parents found out of his relationship with Meixue.
02 October 2000.
Hong Kong.
In The Guo residence.
The day when junxi and Meixue came back from a Japan trip.
Junxi happily walks into Guo residence with his luggage together with Meixue and Mingguang.
Junxiong angrily stood at the hall waiting for him.
The servants pulled Junxi upstairs , took his luggage and pushed Mingguang and Meixue out of the house.
"What kind of nonsense is Guo Junxiong doing?!" Mingguang asked angrily.
Suddenly they heard glass breakage and quarrel coming out from inside the house.
Mingguang and Meixue hit the door hardly….
"Hey! You crazy old man! He is your son and he just recovered from cancer! What are you doing to him?!" Mingguang asked anxiously.
Junxiong whipped Junxi hardly on his back. Fresh red blood stained on Junxi shirt.
"No matter what circumstances I will not leave Meixue! Unless I die!" Junxi said loudly.
