They both knew that something further was about to ensue soon, but they felt rooted to the very spot in which they were sitting.
Before they could recover their composure she was there again.
This time her shoulders were covered by a white, fur stole.
She fixed them each with a mesmerizing gaze and smiled. The two young men held their breaths, dumbstruck while she coolly started to go through Jared’s pockets with long, very elegant fingers. Then she deftly pulled out his car keys.
The lady then started walking away, while beckoning them with her forefinger:

Blake and Laura struggle to make ends meet financially.  Then eventually Blake meets Carminda, a clairvoyant who sets him up as a private investigator for elite society in London. Through her rock star ex boyfriend Laura meets a successful modeling agent who helps her to become successful in fashion.
Their friend Jared doesn't want to work yet after graduation until he is kidnapped with Blake on Jared's uncle's farm. After they flee, Jared learns that he is Carminda' cousin.
Rene, the rock star has a friend called Jacqueline.  She pursues her wish to become a clairvoyant,  so she travels to Brazil where a spirit guide leads her through frightening rituals, like being swallowed by a crocodile.

Later on, Laura receives an invitation to act in a film in Europe and soon she and her husband Blake lose their daughter to a kidnapper.
Jacqueline uses her new-found psychic skills to locate her friend Laura’s abducted baby and tries to heal Enrique, Laura’s wealthy film producer. 
She and her friends have experiences in haunted houses while they act on a film. Then Jacqueline meets up with a champion dancer who turns out to be a dangerous witch. 
Victoria, the witch leads Jacqueline into experiencing disturbing episodes of magic. She’s fiercely jealous of Jacqueline and wants to destroy her at all costs because Jacqueline is a clairvoyant as well as a good dancer.

“I will know instinctively?” Jacqueline asked. 


Adam continued to eat while he watched Jacqueline's facial expressions. 


“It sounds quite hectic and even risky, though,” Jacqueline said over the phone. 


Adam gestured for her to eat at this point because her food was getting cold. 


Jacqueline started to eat while she listened to Carminda’s response. 


“I’m having lunch with Adam and we’ve just been talking about how strange it is that Laura and her family are constantly suffering from abductions. Isn’t it a bit weird? Can it really be nothing but coincidence?” Jacqueline asked next. 


Adam tried to figure out an answer to that while Jacqueline was listening to Carminda’s explanation. 


“And then, Laura and the baby were both abducted from restaurants. Isn’t that weird?” Jacqueline asked again. 


Adam shook his head at this. He waited for Jacqueline to finish the call before he said anything.
