Romeo switched off the lights and also entered the bed.

Trina woke up early the following morning while Romeo was still sleeping , she decided to help the maids prepare breakfast.
She was trying to find ways to occupy herself and make the best of her situation.
The maids were taken aback by Trina's culinary skills, and they exchanged surprised glances as they watched her expertly chop vegetables and stir the pot.
"Wow, ma'am, you're a great cook!" one of the maids exclaimed.
Trina smiled, her eyes shining with pride. "Thank you, I used to help my mother in the kitchen all the time."
Just then Ryan walked into the kitchen, still in her robe, and was surprised to see Trina busy at the stove.
"Trina, dear, what are you doing up so early?" Ryan asked, a warm smile on her face.
Trina turned to face Ryan, a spatula in hand.
"Good morning, Mother. I couldn't sleep, so I thought I'd help the maids with breakfast."
Ryan's eyes lit up with delight. "Oh, Trina, you're a gem! I knew you'd fit right in here."
One of the maids, Maria, spoke up. "Ma'am, Trina is a wonderful cook! She's been showing us some new recipes."
Ryan beamed with pride. "I knew you had hidden talents, Trina! Romeo is a lucky man to have you as his wife."
Trina's face remained neutral, but a hint of sadness flickered in her eyes.
As maids finished setting the breakfast on the table, Ryan smiled at Trina.
"Trina, dear, would you please go and call your husband for breakfast?"
Trina nodded and put down the towel she was holding. "Yes, Mother. I'll go get him."
Ryan smiled, her eyes shining with warmth.
"Thank you, dear. I'm sure he's still sleeping. You know how he loves to sleep in."
Trina's face remained neutral as she turned to leave the kitchen. "I'll go wake him up," she said quietly.
As Trina walked out of the kitchen, Candy, one of the maids, couldn't help but notice the way Ryan was pampering Trina. She felt a surge of anger and resentment.
"Why is she getting special treatment?" Candy muttered under her breath, her eyes narrowing as she watched Ryan smile at Trina.
Maria, the other maid, noticed Candy's expression and leaned in close. "What's wrong, Candy?" she whispered.
" Nothing.." Candy put a fake smile.

Trina walked back into the bedroom, expecting to see Romeo still fast asleep.
But to her surprise, the bed was empty.
' Where did he go ?'
She wondered where he could be, and just as she was about to call out his name, the bathroom door opened.
Romeo emerged, wrapping a towel around his waist, his hair dripping with water.
Trina's eyes widened as she took in the sight of his well-built body, his muscles rippling beneath his skin, his full six pack abs , his v waist and everything that was just perfect.
For a moment, Trina forgot to breathe. She had never seen Romeo like this before, and she couldn't help but feel a flutter in her chest.
Romeo's eyes narrowed slightly as he looked at Trina.
"You must have knocked before entering my room, right?" he asked, his tone a bit sharper than before.
Trina's eyes dropped, and she felt a flush rise to her cheeks. "I...I didn't think it was necessary," she stammered.
Romeo's expression turned stern. "It's always necessary to knock before entering someone's room, Trina. Especially mine."
Trina chuckled, a hint of amusement dancing in her eyes.
"Oh, Romeo, don't be ridiculous," she said, her voice light and teasing.
"This is our room now, isn't it? Yours and mine?"
Romeo's expression darkened, his eyes flashing with a warning.
"Don't think that just because we're married, you have the right to barge into my room whenever you please," he said, his voice low and even.
Trina's smile faltered, and she saw the tension in Romeo's body.
She decided not to push the issue further and apologized instead.
"Alright , I'm sorry, Romeo. I didn't mean to intrude. From now on, I'll make sure to knock before entering the room."
Romeo's expression softened slightly, and he nodded curtly.
" Make sure that you do," he said, before turning back to the dresser to continue getting dressed.
Trina watched as Romeo got dressed, before reminding him, " Mother is calling you for breakfast."
Romeo's eyes snapped back to hers, a warning glint in their depths.
"Don't call her that," he said, his voice low and firm. "Just because we're married doesn't mean you can start calling my mother 'Mother'. She's Mrs Walter to you."
Trina's eyes widened slightly, taken aback by Romeo's sharp tone. She nodded, feeling a slight sting from his rebuke.
"Okay, I'll remember," she said quietly and left the room.
——
Romeo finally joined Ryan and Trina for breakfast, taking his seat at the head of the table.
As they began to eat, Ryan reached over and fed Trina a piece of fruit, smiling warmly at her.
" Eat that dear, it will help you.." Ryan pampered.
Romeo's eyes narrowed, his expression disapproving. "Mother, don't treat her like a princess," he said, his voice firm. "She's my wife, not a child."
Ryan looked taken aback by Romeo's words, but she smiled sweetly and said,
"Oh, Romeo, don't be silly. I'm just showing Trina some love." She said.
" Hmm, You may think you are the first mother to get a daughter in.law.." Romeo chuckled.
Ryan's eyes flashed with annoyance, and she reached out to pull Romeo's ear. "Ow!" Romeo yelped, trying to pull away.
"Respect your elders, you idiot ! " Ryan said, her voice firm.
"I'm just trying to help Trina settle in. You don't have to be so dramatic about it."
Romeo rubbed his ear, still wincing in pain.
"I'm not being dramatic, Mother," he said. "I just want you to treat normally. She is not a child "
Ryan's expression softened slightly, and she patted Romeo's arm. "I know, dear," she said. "I just want what's best for you and Trina. But sometimes, I think I get a little carried away."
Trina, who had been watching the exchange with interest, spoke up. "It's okay, I will feed myself " she said.
After breakfast, Romeo stood up and gave Ryan a gentle kiss on the cheek. "I'll see you later, Mother," he said, before turning and walking away without even acknowledging Trina's presence.
Trina watched him go, feeling a pang of sadness and rejection.
She turned to Ryan, who was watching her with a sympathetic expression.
"Okay, dear, now that Romeo is gone, let's get you dressed up," Ryan said, clapping her hands together.
"We have a big day ahead of us. We're going to go open your new restaurant!"
Trina's eyes widened in excitement as she jumped up from her seat. "Really? Today?" she asked, barely containing her enthusiasm.
Ryan nodded, laughing. "Yes, really! Today's the day. So, let's get you dressed in something beautiful. I want you to make a stunning impression on your first day as a restaurant owner."
Trina grinned, feeling a surge of excitement. She was finally going to her own business and she would pay back all the debts.
She followed Ryan to her room, where Ryan began pulling out all sorts of beautiful clothes.

As Romeo arrived at the Walters Hotels offices, he was greeted by a sea of smiling faces.
Every employee he met congratulated him on his marriage, their words dripping with sincerity.
"Congratulations, Mr. Walters! We're so thrilled for you!" said the receptionist, beaming at him.
"Welcome back, sir! We heard the great news about your wedding," chimed in one of the accountants, shaking his hand.
Romeo's expression grew increasingly annoyed as he made his way to his office.
He didn't want to be congratulated on his marriage.
He didn't want to be reminded of the fact that he was now tied to Trina for the rest of his life.
As he finally reached the sanctuary of his office, Romeo slammed the door shut behind him and let out a string of curses.
"Damn it all," he muttered to himself, pacing back and forth across the room.
"Why did I have to get married to that...that...woman?"
