Chapter 8

Once the door fling open, I saw it was the guy from before. I knew he saw the fear and distrust on my eyes because he he gave me a look that said "Can you please believe me", He didn't utter a word though, he just walked over to me and helped me get up from the floor. I straightened my dress again and we headed out. Once we were in the hallway. He told me that Jason and his dad had left and time was far gone. Just when we got out of the place he asked me if I'd left anything and I remembered my bag. So I asked him to help me find it. He didn't object rather he went with me and was so busy moving around looking for it. He asked me where it could be and I told him. We went there and saw it,

I quickly took my phone out and saw your miss calls and text messages. I was so ashamed of myself for letting down like that. So I asked him to take me the bar , He wasn't sure you'd be there since it was too late. I just to check and be sure you were truly gone. We got there and I surveyed the place and saw your weren't there so I left. Once I was about to leave for good, asked the guy his name and told meme was called Felix. We stared at each other for a moment. Felix called a cab for me and before I entered it he asked for my number so that he could check up on me and make sure everything is truly okay. I didn't hesitate to give it to him. This time I trusted him and could see. I then sat in the cab and smiled at him from the window. He smiled back and waved good bye.

I was so tired and extremely exhausted. So I went straight to bed before doing anything. I was just sad for letting you down and I promised to tell you every detail of what took place. I also wanted to get rid of all the awful memories of that night. I showered and went straight to bed. And know I hope your anger subsidies after all what I've said.
