Chapter 31

  Diana’s perspective

I was pacing at the lounge in the pack house, I wanted to have a word with Mr. Montana. I wanted to know how the meeting went, Silas wouldn’t say a word about the meeting, he wouldn’t even talk to me.

“That asshole,” I mumbled and folded my hands crossed my chest.

I haven’t seen Neon since he came back from the meeting, I would have asked him. The Chief Elder is the only one I could ask about the meeting they had with Neon.

“There you are.” I heard a voice clearing his throat behind me.

I spun around and dropped my hands to my side, a sigh of relief washed over my face as I saw Mr. Montana standing there with his hands on his back.

“Did I keep you waiting Luna?”

I forced a smile on my lips. “No.”

“Have a seat.” I gestured towards the few chairs on the lounge, he nodded and took his seat gently on the chair.

I sat on the chair close to him.

“Did you have a word with the Alpha? I am a bit surprised that you wanted a meeting with me.”
