The unfortunate one.

Even through the busyness of the city, the once maintained protocol placed in the city never ceased to carry out their work.

Different teams and patrol squads were still enforced at this hour, with strict jurisdiction of their duties; at the entrance into the city, some few notable den where these illegal activities took place and at various checkpoints in the road.

Since the citizens were kept in the dark about all the happening in the city, they didn't think much about the current state of security the city was placed under. After all, they were all safe and had never experienced a crisis or so ever.

At this hour , the day was almost over. The sun was about going down and dusk was approaching. The street was now very populated with high numbers of people in the crowd, all heading in various directions where their destinations were.
