Amongst the twelve cities in Astoria, was 'the capital of Jean city.' situated at the farthest parts of the empire, towards the coast border between another country.

Followed with the founding of each city , was the bestowed name given by those who held it. Hence each city was named after all the first aristocrats , who ruled as governors or mayors back then.

Amiss all twelve cities , Jean city was popularly known as ' home of the affluent.'

Due to its geographic settings and how the houses built here were all presidential suites, coupled with how the residents of the city tend to keep a warm and soothing atmosphere around here.
