Nayana has just broken up with her childhood friend Garvi because Garvi cheated on her. He also experienced an upsetting heartbreak. 
When Garvi moved house and was no longer her neighbor, Nareswara returned to Jakarta. Nareswara's presence annoyed Nayana because she didn't like her neighbor even though they had been friends since they were babies. After all, Nareswara's behavior was often naughty towards her. Nayana's dislike is inversely proportional to her mother and two siblings who like Nareswara and warmly welcome Nareswara.

That's because Nareswara was jealous of Garvi who took Nayana's attention when they were little. So, Nareswara wants to win back Nayana's attention by behaving mischievously. 

Nareswara is a support system for Nayana in achieving all of Nayana's changing dreams. Nareswara was so sincere towards Nayana, making Nayana slowly develop a feeling of love in her heart for Nareswara, even though Nareswara had had that feeling of love for a long time. However, Nayana didn't want what happened between her and Garvi to happen again, so she denied it all. Until Nayana turned twenty years old, Nayana could no longer avoid it, she accepted Nareswara's love and they decided to become lovers.

My cousin turned and smiled when our faces looked at each other at a distance of three feet. He looked very dignified when wearing a white lab coat. His appearance looked like a senior doctor, even though he had only officially worked as a doctor for two weeks. It was a pride to see a sibling become a doctor, if father were still alive, father would be happy because Ellie had succeeded in becoming a doctor. 


"Naya," shouted Ellie and she seemed to have caught my virus. 


"Don't shout here, it disturbs the patient," I scolded her. If it's like this I'm like a firm person. 


Ellie smiled and immediately invited me to go to the hospital garden so we could talk freely there. This was the first time I saw Ellie happy like this and not like usual who looked lethargic. Maybe because now she has become a doctor so her heart is happy. Along the way to the garden, she smiled and returned greetings from several nurses and hospital employees who passed us.
