Chapter 10: Feng Yan's Strength

"Stop!"

Feng Yan arrived at the third floor, trembling with excitement. A broad smile lit up her face, revealing teeth as white as pearls. She looked at the ten gates and without any delay, summoned the control panel to release the Evil Puppets from their hiding place.

"This time will be different, very different!"

**Open!**

The gates began to open, and the Evil Puppets started talking even before the gates fully opened:

"I can't believe it, Big Sister is back again. It hasn't even been two days. This is great!" (Fifth Claw)

"Of course it's great, more fresh meat and blood for us!" (Seventh Claw)

"Hey, idiots, can you be serious for a moment? If she's back, doesn't it make sense that she's become stronger?" (Second Claw)

"Second Claw, you worry too much. Why complicate simple matters? If she's stronger, we just need to become stronger too. Isn't it simple?" (Third Claw)

"Muscle brain, you don't appreciate the value of wisdom and rational thinking! Your mindset will lead to your doom one day." (Second Claw)

"Shut up, coward. I can't stand a coward like you who overthinks unnecessary possibilities. Battle is simple: if you're stronger, you win; if not, you lose. I don't have time to argue with a fool who uses dirty tricks like you!" (Third Claw)

"You're the one who doesn't understand reality. Victory is victory, no matter the methods used. The end justifies the means!" (Second Claw)

"Can't I just sleep? Why do we have to fight? Wouldn't the world be a better place if everyone just slept peacefully?" (Fourth Claw)

"Enough, all of you. We have an opponent here, and you're bickering over unnecessary things. Show some respect!" (First Claw)

"Brother, you worry too much. We can cut her down in less than ten seconds. She's nothing more than a fish ready to be chopped!" (Sixth Claw)

"You seem very confident, little one." (Feng Yan)

"I'm Sixth Claw, enough to defeat you alone!" (Sixth Claw)

As the gates fully opened and before all the puppets could come out, the Sixth Claw charged forward with all his might, without waiting for First Claw's command. A broad grin on his face showed his arrogance and confidence in defeating Feng Yan alone without anyone's help.

"Arrogant fool!" (Feng Yan, First Claw, Second Claw)

Rushing like an arrow through the wind, Sixth Claw reached Feng Yan, only three steps away. Feng Yan didn't move. Sixth Claw noticed this and, due to his arrogance, thought it was because of his speed. He hastily attacked, swinging his claws to target Feng Yan's neck in one swift strike. But unfortunately, all he managed to cut was empty air. Shocked by the strange result, despite Feng Yan being right in front of him, his claws were still inches away from her neck.

"One mistake can end your life; this is the reality of life-and-death battles!" (Feng Yan)

Without warning, Sixth Claw heard Feng Yan's whisper in his ear. Before he could react or try to retreat, he felt the palm of Feng Yan's hand on his chest. In that moment, he realized he had made a grave error.

**Boom!!!**

"Damn you!" (Sixth Claw)

These were the last words of Sixth Claw as Feng Yan shattered him into thousands of pieces. He saw himself breaking apart, screws and mechanical parts flying everywhere. Before his head hit the ground and he lost consciousness, the last thing he saw was Feng Yan's indifferent smile as she looked at him. He hated himself for it. Before he could say anything, he blacked out.

**Clap!**

"You've improved significantly since the last time you were here, and I thank you on behalf of my brother Sixth Claw for teaching him a lesson he won't forget!" (First Claw)

"It's all thanks to you. I should be the one thanking you, First Claw." (Feng Yan)

"I didn't do much. I gave you a small piece of advice, and you took it. Unlike some people who disregard what others say!" (First Claw)

"Big Sister, I'm Third Claw. I'll be your opponent!" (Third Claw)

"You fool, you'll end up like that arrogant Sixth Claw and die before you know how it happened. So, I, Second Claw, will face her!" (Second Claw)

"I want to sleep quickly, so I'll fight her!"

"No, I will!"

The Evil Puppets began to bicker over who would be Feng Yan's next opponent. First Claw slapped his forehead as he watched this chaos unfold before his eyes, cursing his bad luck to have such unruly brothers. Feng Yan laughed at the Evil Puppets' behavior, watching them quarrel like a group of children fighting over who would play first on the swings. Before First Claw could shout to end the chaos, Feng Yan spoke:

"Everyone, stop. I think I should be the one to choose my next opponent. In this case, I want to fight Fifth Claw!"

She pointed at Fifth Claw, Everyone fell silent, contemplating Feng Yan's proposal. In that moment, First Claw spoke:

"I see, that's a good solution. Fifth Claw, step forward!"

"I won't let you down, Brother First Claw!"

Fifth Claw stepped forward confidently, showing off his very sharp claws. Feng Yan smiled gently, as if they were going for a stroll in the park. The reason Feng Yan chose Fifth Claw was that he had killed her in a previous round, and she wanted revenge this time. Despite his foolish behavior, she didn't underestimate him by foolish behavior, because of his terrifying stealth and even more frightening speed. In the previous round, if it weren't for the sentence he said before attacking, he could have cut her neck without her knowing.

**Disappeared!**

Feng Yan's eyes widened in shock as Fifth Claw suddenly vanished before her eyes. She immediately felt a cold draft behind her and quickly jumped to the side. Before she could catch her breath, she saw five claws appear where she had just been standing. Feng Yan felt a chill from this swift speed.

There was no time for words. Feng Yan threw a powerful punch at Fifth Claw, but before it could land, he disappeared again. Like before, Feng Yan somersaulted several times to avoid standing still and becoming an easy target. But in a moment of slight hesitation, she felt the cold air on her face again, and the five claws appeared in front of her, putting her in a precarious situation. The expression on Fifth Claw's face indicated that say: it was game over Big Sister, but Feng Yan's smile made him feel dread!

**Movement Technique: Butterfly Flutter!**

Feng Yan shouted, and before Fifth Claw could comprehend anything, he saw his claws pierce through an afterimage. Before he could react, he felt Feng Yan's palm touch his left shoulder. In that moment, he knew it was over without understanding how she had done it.

**Boom!!!**

All the Evil Puppets saw their brother, Fifth Claw, explode like their previous brother, Sixth Claw. They couldn't believe how it happened. Even Second and Third Claw showed expressions of caution. The sleepy look on Fourth Claw's face disappeared. The only sound in the hall was Fifth Claw's voice:

"I'm rolling, I'm rolling, I'm rolling, I'm rolling…"

Fifth Claw's head rolled, separated from his body, continuing to roll until it reached First Claw's feet:

"I've stopped rolling!" (Fifth Claw)

"I didn't expect you to lose so easily, Fifth Claw!" (First Claw)

"She was too strong, Big Brother First Claw!"

"I see." (First Claw)

**Kick!!!**

"I'm flying!"

**Boom!!!**

By kick from First Claw, The Fifth Claw's head fly until crashed the wall of hall. Every one see the head of Fifth Claw turn to the thousands of pieces. Then ever yone look to thr First Claw with stranger looked. But he don't care and took with serious tone:

"Alright, brothers, as you saw, both Sixth Claw and Fifth Claw were destroyed one after the other without Big Sister shedding a single drop of blood. It's time to take things more seriously. Understood?" (First Claw)

"Understood!!!" (All Evil Puppets)
