Crocodile groaned in pain as he spit out blood and two of his teeth, he slowly stood up and looked at Luffy who is standing beside Robin and the blonde man who had just kicked him. "Damn you, Strawhat... you'll regret coming here---" but he was cut off by Sanji, "Shut your trap. You arrogant prick.... how dare you to harm a woman..." Sanji's eyes burned with fury but Crocodile just looked at him owlishly, "What!?" "Oi, Sanji...just finish it quickly, we have a civil war to stop." Crocodile's eyes twitch at that, "Do you really think you can take me that eas--" but he was cut off again by Sanji, but not by words but by a Haki coated flaming kick which sent him flying and crashing to a wall.

"That was for making Vivi-chan cry...." remarked Sanji as he looked at the down Crocodile, he was waiting for the man to get up again so that he can beat him like a drum but to his disappointment, the Warlord was out cold. "Oi.... you gotta be kidding me!!! He is a fucking Warlord and he was down in only two kicks!!" Sanji roared in frustration, "SHISHISHISHISHI.... well, that was easy." He then looked at Cobra, "Hey there, King... I think we needed an introduction---" "No need, Igaram told me everything. Thank you for taking care of Vivi, I am really grateful but we need to get everyone out of the city plaza, Crocodile has planted a bomb which can go off in few minutes." At that, both Luffy and Sanji looked at each other, "You go take care of it, I'll escort these two out of here."

"PLEASE, STOP FIGHTING....IT'S CROCODILE....HE IS THE ONE BEHIND EVERYTHING. PLEASE EVERYONE, PLEASE 'sob' STOP IT.....STOP PLEASE, 'sob' WHY AREN'T YOU LISTENING TO ME..... 'sob' IT'S NOT KING'S FAULT.... STOP FIGHTING...'sob'" Vivi fell to her knees and started to cry in defeat, she thought that maybe she can stop the fight by telling the truth or atleast Kouza would hear her.... but it's for nothing, she was just a disappointment, to her father, to her country and most of all... to her new friends. She is just a failure, while her friends are risking everything to stop Crocodile and his organization, she can't even do one thing she was supposed to do.

Just when she had lost all hopes, someone grabbed her shoulder. She looked up to see it was Luffy, "Hey there Princess, why the long face..." Vivi sniffed and looked at him pleading eyes, "Please....Luffy.... Please...'sniff'.... help me..." hearing that, Luffy smiled, "That's why me and the others are here for, we promised to save your country and we will never go back on our words. Now sit tight, there's going to be a huge fire show." with teary eyes, Vivi smiled at hearing Luffy's words. Luffy eyes locked onto the clock tower, if his memory is correct then the bomb must be in there.

With that, he vanished from Vivi's side and appeared on top of the clock tower, and with Haki, he sensed two people guarding the bomb. "Mr. 7, listen! I know something! This is our final assignment! Rrribbit ribbit ribbit!" said a purple haired women wearing frog costume, "Ohohohoho! Yes, I'd assess so too! Ohohohoho! In just 30 more seconds, I'd assess! Ohohohohoho!" replied a man wearing what looks like white curly British wig with long blue robe. Then suddenly, the top of the clock tower was ripped off and Luffy landed between the two B.W agents. "Well hello there and goodbye...." he then kicked both of them down the tower.

Luffy looked at the timer on the bomb and saw 20 seconds remaining, he grabbed the bomb and waited for the timer to get on 10. Just when the timer reached ten seconds, Luffy jumped high in the air with the bomb, he covered his right hand in Armament Haki, "Off you go... GUM GUM- ROCKET PITCH" with that he threw the bomb at the sky with such force that the bomb disappeared, but soon it detonated and the whole sky was bathed in fire. This immediately stopped the fighting going down below, as everyone from the rebels to the royal guards, Smoker who had just arrived there with Marine forces and the rest of the Strawhats who had defeated the rest of the Officer's agents, looked up at the sky with wide eyes and confusion.

Slowly, clouds started to disperse, the rebels and the royal guards looked at each other, both sides thinking that it was their opponents doing. They all readied their weapons and was charge again at each other, when suddenly a massive force slammed down on them and forcing everyone on their knees. No one knows what was happening but then in absolute silence they heard multiple footsteps, all of them looked towards the sound and saw six people standing in the middle of the plaza and looking down on them.

"Enough.... this meaningless fight had gone for too long. One side who rebelled against the Kingdom for the so-called justice while the other side trying to protect the Kingdom and yet none of you were smart enough to think how all of it started...." remarked Luffy, while his crew stood beside him. Then Sanji threw the beaten and unconscious Crocodile infront of everyone, "Look at him.... he is the reason behind all of your problems and he is the one who stole your rain." Luffy then pushed Vivi on the front, "Go on Vivi, tell them..." everyone's eyes widen at seeing the princess Vivi while Kouza just looked at her.

Taking a deep breath, Vivi started to tell everyone the truth about Crocodile and his doings, from her days in B.W to her findings and everything Crocodile has did to this day. Everyone's eyes widen in shock and horror, especially Kouza who looked down in shame. "And how do we believe what you told us is truth!? You're could be deceiving us just like your father!!" "Yeah.... we don't believe your nonsense..." "Get out of here you filthy noble." some of the B.W agents disguise as rebels started to shout at Vivi.

Kouza, listening to the yelling and shouting, looked at Vivi who had a devastated look into her eyes, he somehow knew that she was telling the truth, and he needed to stop the other rebels from doing anything. But before he could anything thing, Luffy stepped forward, "Is that so, looks like your talking didn't open their mind, Vivi. But you did enough, now then...." Luffy expression turned deadly with sent shivers down everyone's spine and Smoker who was looking at everything, got a really bad feeling. "Even after so much your Princess has suffered and even after all the shits, she still believed that her people would listen to her that the people of this country are different. But it was all for nothing.... So, I ask you all this.... Anyone who still wants to continue the fight, whether it is the rebels or the royal army.... We are more than happy to be your opponent."

At Luffy's declaration, the other Strawhat's immediately stood by his side and looked at everyone with deadly seriousness. Everyone gulped and started to sweat from the aura coming out of the each of the Strawhats, no one dare to speak and the entire plaza was frozen in fear. But then something fell on Kouza's face, he touched his face and saw it was water, then slowly water droplets started to fall from the sky. Everyone looked at the dark clouds with wide eyes and then it started to rain, but this time it was not the Dance Powder but the natural rain.

"It's raining...." Kouza muttered as tears were leaking from his eyes, he looked around and saw everyone, from rebels to the royalist.... everyone was crying in joy. "HAHAHA...IT'S RAIN...." "RAIN IS BACK TO OUR COUNTRY..." everyone immediately forgot about their fight or Luffy's declaration, nothing else matter to them now. Soon, Smoker and Tashigi with the rest Marines arrested Crocodile, "An artificial rain ship owned by Baroque Works, has been found containing significant amount of Dance Powder. And the head of this secret criminal organization Baroque Works, had undeniably proven to be you, Sir Crocodile, a Warlord of the Sea."

Everyone listens to Smoker's words, "Under the authority of World-Government's Marine HQ, the special permit of 'Lawful Seizure of Enemy Assets', and all the other rights and titles granted to you by the World-Government are hereby revoked." with that, the Marines also arrested the Officer's agent and soon left the plaza, not before Smoker give Luffy a side glance.

Seeing all this, Kouza sighed, "We've done something we can never take back.... " "Leader..." the rebels looked at Kouza with sorrowful expression. "To mourn it is natural... to find it unbearably regretful is natural..." Cobra slowly stepped forward, "Your highness!" "We have lost much, and gained nothing." Cobra continues to speak, "But we have advanced forwards nonetheless! No matter whom it is you fought, the fight had begun and now ended!" he looked at everyone present, "No man can simply forget the past! But you can all rise above the ashes of the conflict! LIVE ONWARDS, KINGDOM OF ALABASTA!" everyone cheered at Cobra's words. The battle that would go down in history, and the battle never to be told in history... both drew to a close.
