Tensions Are Escalating

Just as Antonio was about to pull the trigger, a sudden blow to the head sent him crashing to the ground, causing the gun to misfire. Everything went dark.

When Antonio opened his eyes, he found himself bound to a chair, his head throbbing in pain. As his eyes slowly adjusted to the dim light, he took in his surroundings - Maxwell's luxurious private lounge. Seated across from him, a smug Maxwell gazed back, flanked by Marcus and several other menacing figures.

Maxwell sneered, "Welcome back, I was starting to think you'd never wake up." He paused, his expression cold. "From the moment we met, I've had my doubts about you. I only gave you a chance because I wanted to see if you'd prove useful."

Antonio's response was a mocking laugh, which only seemed to infuriate Maxwell further.

"Enough games," Maxwell snapped, rising from his seat. "Tell me, who are you and who sent you to kill my wife?"
