A few days later, Isadora settled into her room, flipping through TV channels, only to find the news dominated by Mrs. Adriana's arrest and impending divorce. A satisfied smile spread across her face, knowing Mrs. Adriana's downfall was well-deserved.
However, her concern shifted to the girls, whom she had been caring for since the arrest. Piper seemed unfazed, even cheerful, while Sophia had been subdued, but had apologized for her past actions. Isadora hoped Sophia had learned a valuable lesson from her father's punishment.
The mansion had finally found some peace, despite some staff members resigning due to the overwhelming drama. Isadora no longer had to hide her growing pregnancy, and as she sat watching TV, when she heard a knock on her door.
"Come in," Isadora said, and Marcus walked in.
"Maxwell said you should pack all your things, you're leaving this mansion," he said.
"To where?" Isadora asked, surprised.
