Chapter 3: Transmigrated(New update)

As Zyrtec opened his eyes, he found himself lying on the forest floor, surrounded by towering trees and unfamiliar sounds. The air was thick with the scent of earth and moss, and a soft light filtered through the canopy above. Sitting up slowly, he took in his surroundings, his heart pounding with confusion and fear. Birds of all colors and sizes flitted around him, their songs a melodic backdrop to the surreal scene. Zyrtec's hands brushed against his dirty clothes, and he winced at the grimy feel of his own skin.

"Where was am i? What kind of place was this?" Asking himself

The sky was a swirling mix of colors, a kaleidoscope of magic and wonder that seemed to dance above Zyrtec as he stood on the precipice of a new world. The air hummed with a vibrancy he had never experienced before, sending shivers of excitement down his spine. He couldn't believe he was actually here, in this strange and mystical land, after being betrayed by Samuel back in his own world. The vivid hues of the sky painted a stark contrast to the bleakness he had left behind, a stark reminder of the betrayal that had brought him to this unfamiliar place. As he took his first steps into this new world, Zyrtec felt a sense of both trepidation and exhilaration, unsure of what awaited him in this strange world.

"BROTHER LEON!! WHERE ARE YOU!? MOM AND DAD CALLING YOU!" A voice that came out of nowhere that obviously calling for someone.

While zyr laid down in the grass, relishing the warmth of the breeze, he felt a sense of peace enveloping him. Using his arm as a makeshift pillow, he closed his eyes, allowing the tranquility of nature to soothe his senses. He wants to relax first before making a plan how to live in this strange world.

Suddenly, the serenity was shattered as a rock landed near him, narrowly missing him. Startled, zyr jumped up to confront the person responsible for disrupting his peaceful moment.

To his surprise, he was met with a young girl who mistook him for someone else, calling out a name that was not his own. In a confused state, zyr tried to explain the misunderstanding, but the girl was convinced that he was the person she was looking for.

As the girl continued to berate him for ignoring his family's calls, zyr realized the gravity of the situation and the urgency in her voice.

"Oh spirit of Laneo! Brother di you bumped your head on something? You forgot your beautiful sister?!" Zyr is still confused on what is happening.

Zyr stared at the young girl who has short hair, white skin but wearing a dirty clothes and she also..stinky? Zyr thoughts.

The young girl graciously take Zyr into their humble abode in the impoverished city where they resided. The atmosphere of destitution pervaded the streets, populated only by the downtrodden and homeless. As Zyr observed the residents clad in tattered garments, he noted a stark contrast to his own attire.

"Brother why you can't remember me? I'm sorry if a throw a rock on you, is it because of it?" At five years old, her words were still a bit jumbled, but the way she puffed out her chest and held her chin high made her seem like a miniature teenager. It was endearingly cute, the way she tried to sound so grown-up.The young girl named lean, and she called him Leon.

Among the impoverished crowd, a man and a woman caught his eye, waving in recognition. A stranger faces who he didn't even know.

Leon Cranve is his name in this strange world. Even how many times he woke up, he can't make any plans on how to live a new life with stangers and knowing that this world is surrounded by monsters, magic, darkness and a landscape that seemed to belong in a fantasy novel rather than reality. The sky above was a swirling canvas of colors he had never seen before, and the ground beneath his feet felt like soft moss intermingled with glowing crystals. As he looked around in awe and confusion, trying to make sense of his surroundings, he heard a voice that sent a jolt of recognition through him. It was the voice of a woman who called him as his son.

"Are you okay? It feels like you're not being talkative. The leon we know is talkative." His mother name here in new world is Reann not Luna.

Leon hesitated. He wasn't sure if he should call the woman his mother, despite her insistence, wasn't his mother. After all, he was Leon Cranve now, a transmigrated soul inhabiting a body that wasn't his own. The weight of his new life pressed down on him, a heavy cloak of uncertainty.

"If you were going to transmigrate me," he muttered to himself, his voice a sigh, "why not into the son of a king? Why a commoner?"

The Cranve family was poor, living in a cursed land but still they lived a simple life, their days filled with the mundane tasks of a farming family. Zyrtec, in his past life, had been a best businessman and a man of books and ideas, if it weren't being betrayed by Samuel he will be not like this. Now, he was a farmer, a man of the soil and sun.

The transition was jarring, a sudden shift from the familiar to the unknown. He missed his life, his friends, his family. But he knew he couldn't dwell on the past. He had to move forward, to embrace his new reality.

"I'm Leon Cranve now." he whispered, the words a declaration of his new identity. "And I will live my life to the fullest."

••

The morning sun cast long shadows as Leon and his father worked side-by-side, their axes chopping rhythmically through the wood. Leon, still adjusting to his new life, found himself fascinated by the dense forest that bordered their small clearing. He paused, his axe poised mid-air, and a question tumbled out of him.

"D-dad," he began, the word feeling strange on his tongue. He wasn't sure if he should call the man "dad." After all, he was a stranger in this body, a soul from another world. What if he revealed the truth, that he wasn't Leon, that he was Zyrtec, a man from a world of technology and skyscrapers, thrust into this unfamiliar reality? What would happen then?

"Dad? Son, what are you calling me?" His father looked up, his brow furrowed in confusion.

Leon stammered. "A-ahh no, f-father?"

"Yes, do you need something?" his father asked, his voice kind, but laced with concern.

"Monsters," Leon blurted out, his curiosity overriding his fear. "Can they really eat people?"

His father sighed, his eyes filled with a weary amusement. "Son, didn't I tell you about monsters already? Did you forget?"

Leon scratched his neck, his face burning with shame. "Yeah, sorry, I remembered now," he lied, his voice barely a whisper. He continued chopping wood, his mind a whirlwind of thoughts.

His face, hidden by the shadow of his hat, reflected his inner turmoil. He wanted to scream, to tell them the truth – "I'm not Leon! I'm Zyrtec! Why am I here? Why in this dangerous world?"

He felt a wave of despair wash over him. Did God really want him to die again? Was this some cruel joke, this life of hardship and fear? He was a man of books and ideas, A BUSINESMAN, not a woodcutter in a world where monsters lurked in the shadows.

"God didn't even give me power to survive here." As leon thoughts
