Samantha’s POV
“Sam, let’s go,” Miggy tugged at my arm lightly, probably lost on why I was so hung up on arguing with a random security guard. “Let’s just go somewhere else. Let’s meet Caleb again some other time.”
“Can you wait for me in the car?” I asked Miggy who looked at me with a puzzled look on his face. “I just—I will just retouch my make-up. I’ll be down in a bit.”
“But you don’t have to, Sam. You’re beautiful as always,” he said and pecked my lips.
“I needed to pee…” I whispered in his ear.
He stared at me and eventually nodded before twirling around and entering the elevator. I shuffled to the ladies’ room, panting heavily. I had to calm down a little bit in order not to combust. Focusing on fixing my make-up calmed down my temper a little bit, and when I finally felt slightly better, I rushed outside, and when I was just about to scurry towards the elevator, a movement at the wall caught my attention.
