Chapter 84 THE ACCIDENT

THREE YEARS AGO

“Hey, Miggy! Are you drunk yet?” I asked laughing, holding a bottle of beer in my hand, dancing crazily with some random girl on the dance floor, in the living room.

Miggy and I have been best friends for as long as I could remember. We’ve known each other since the fifth grade and people used to call us things like ‘the inseparable.’

Not until we reached high school, where we met Ross and Diego, who made us separate for the first time because Diego always asked Miggy to hang out with him. They have the same taste in other things, especially to girls.

“A little tipsy,” Miggy replied laughing. His eyes were fixed on the girl almost grinding herself on him. Miggy would always laugh like a goof. He’d show all of his teeth, and his eyes would go really wide. But I love that smile. I love Miggy, my best friend.
