CHLOE's POV
After Easton applied some medicine to the bruises that were on my ass cheeks, I went back to Dustin's room and put the ointment cream back into the medicine kit inside his bathroom, since I knew he would look for it once he realized it was missing. Due to the fact that he was taking a medical course, he had a number of medications that he kept in his room, and I was relieved to know that we could obtain one in the event of an emergency.
I returned to the living room, feeling a bit relieved down there. I heard Easton and dad were already engaged in conversation, and I couldn’t help but smile when I heard them laughing. I heard mom in the kitchen, and I'm guessing that she's already preparing food for lunch.
‘‘You didn’t tell us that Easton is leaving today…’’ Dad stated as I sat on the couch next to Easton, and had my arm around him. I was perplexed as I gazed up at him, and I frowned as I did so. I thought we’d already talked about this.
