EASTON’s POV
It’s been a week since I left Chloe on the island. And I miss her. I miss her so fucking bad. It’s also been a week since the last time I turned on my phone. I was afraid that she might call me and ask my whereabouts.
I was too afraid to talk to her because I don’t want to lie to her. I don’t want to hurt her.
‘‘Hey, Easton!’’ Rosie’s voice snapped me back to reality. We’re currently eating at her favorite restaurant because she said she’s craving for seafoods.
But everything she ordered reminded me of Chloe. The shrimps, the crabs, the clams… God! This woman was torturing me to death!
‘‘Are you still with me? Your mind is flying again. You didn’t even listen to the story I was telling you! You’re thinking about that girl again! How many times do I have to tell you that you can come back to her after I gave birth!’’ she complained, her hand was gripping tightly around my arm.
