Chapter 3 Betrayal.

Love confession of Alvin was broad casted live on the news channels, whole Kingdom rejoiced at the union of two lovers.

Clueless of this development, Alohi reached the Castle in the evening, Alpha King Albert Joyce was waiting for her. She was summoned by him in the study, where he stretched his arms to hug her for the first time ever after the Queen’s death.

“You and Alvin are together now, I am so happy for you.”

Alohi’s heart flooded with emotions in her father’s embrace, she spoke in earnest tone.

“Thanks, father lord. You chose the best groom for me.”

She ran away to her room after their little heart to heart moment, concealing her tears of happiness.

She took out her most salient possession from the cupboard.

“I found him, mother. He loves me!”

Alohi kissed her mother’s hope diamond necklace and placed it on her eyes. Her heart was fluttering with Alvin’s proposal, so she called her bestie Ashley to tell her the details.

“I saw it live on TV, Alohi. You are the breaking news of the whole Kingdom.”

Ashley was screaming in joy as her six months pregnant body was hindering her from jumping.

“We are planning farewell party for you, Princess. Get ready to be Mrs. Alvin Smith soon.”

She teased her, Alohi’s face was flushed with rainbows and unicorns of love. All of a sudden, Ashley came up with a fantastic idea.

“Alvin did so much for you, Alohi. You should reciprocate his efforts. That’s how relationship works, darling.”

Her suggestion silenced Alohi, Raven also took Ashley’s side.

“Let’s surprise him. We haven’t tell him about our feelings yet.”

As Alohi was still hushed while contemplating about her next move, Ashley gave her a free tip.

“Wear the dress that I gifted you on your birthday and go to ‘Suite number 69’ in the Blue Moon Hotel. You are welcome.”

She disconnected the call urgently as her kid was fussing for attention.

Alohi sighed and stared at the black short dress for half of the day.

“Wear it, Alohi. Alvin will love it.”

At her wolf’s persuasion, Alohi slipped into that dress and checked herself in a wall length mirror.

“Is that me?”

She tilted her body and confirmed her observation. Her blonde waist length hair were able to hide the “V” on the back but deep neck line was quite revealing.

Perfect fitting dress was hugging her petite figure tightly, highlighting her curves beautifully.

She just wore pink lip gloss and eyeliner for her emarold eyes which were shinning with unadulterated joy.

Alohi didn’t need to wait for long as Castle’s main door shut right after 9:00 pm, announcing that it’s bed time.

Originally, Alvin also lived in the same Castle, as he was Beta of the Royal Pack but his relationship with Alohi forced him to stay separately. This was the rule of Royal family for unmated couples.

Alohi ordered an online cab and joined the bedsheets from the cupboard to jump from the second story. Unlike whole Pack, the Royal Castle had no tall tree as assassins could hide behind them.

Alohi asked help from Mrs. Doris, her nanny, who brought her up after Queen’s death. After her successful landing, Mrs. Doris pulled up the sheets quickly and closed the window.

Second obstacle was the security, but Alohi had a plan to deal with them too. Azmath (Ashley’s mate), was a palace guard. He diverted the patrol team to King’s wing and faking an emergency, giving free exit to Alohi.

On the other hand, she was using scent blocker, hiding her trails as usual. Finally, she sat in the cab after walking through the dirty path from behind the Castle and sighed in relief.

Contrary to her fear, Raven was enthusiastic for Alvin’s reaction.

“It’s thrilling, Alohi. You are such a daddy’s girl. It’s the first time in my life that you have listened to me.”

Alohi rolled her eyes and wrapped her scarf and colored glasses in order to hide her identity.

She crossed the hotel’s security using her master card and sauntered towards the suite number,

“Wait, was it 69 or 96?”

Alohi was confused at the similar digits, she totally forgot the exact suite number in excitement.

“It was 96!”

She barged in that luxurious suite, using her card where she was welcomed by a stern faced lanky boy.

He gave her a pitiful look and spoke in annoyance.

“Move on, you are next.”

Shocked by this, Alohi cautiously stepped into the spacious bedroom, dreading that may be she disturbed Alvin’s official work.

“You!”

Two equally stunned voices chorused in the suite.

“After getting fired from that clothing store, you are now here for my secretary’s interview? I should applaud your bravery, Miss.

With this level of shamelessness, you will surely achieve a shinning bright future.”

Alpha Nathanial lashed out at Alohi, who was too bewildered to reply to him. After a momentarily silence, she left all of her shyness behind and countered his verbal attack with bravery.

“Knock out some sense in your empty head Mr. Insufferable know it all.

I am here to see my boyfriend, sorry to interrupt your interviews.”

Alohi turned and walked out of the room confidently.

“She is feisty, I like her!”

After yawning between thirty nine rejections, Lucas was suddenly active in his mind.

“Sod off, Lucas. She wasn’t a candidate.”

Alpha crossed his arms behind his head and leaned back comfortably. Alpha Kaden’s words from the meeting before were ringing in his mind.

“You can’t change the rules of the Werewolf’s council, Alpha Nathanial. No matter how influential you are, you can’t be the head if you are un-mated.

You are aware that mates are hard to find. What about my beautiful daughter, Lila? She just turned eighteen last week.

She can be your Luna if you agree for mutual partnership in trade. What do you say?”

He was still furious at Alpha Kaden’s audacity, no wonder the Alpha King banned that lecher after his attempt to molest Alpha Jason’s Luna.”

.

“What will we do? Elections are in six months and you have rejected all eligible girls in the capital.

What’s your plan, Nathan?”

That lanky receptionist was Beta Ashwin, worrying about Pack’s future.

“My wolf didn’t like them!”

His firm tone left no room for discussion. Beta Ashwin strode out of the room in order to arrange the next batch of willing girls. He was pulling his black hair in helplessness at Alpha’s preposterous behavior.

Alohi dashed out to suite number 69, the correct place where Alvin was staying. She took a deep breath and jerked off all the bad feelings from her previous encounter, adorning her face with a silly smile.

As she opened the door, her confidence vanished in the air. With loud romantic music played on the stereo, three passionate couples were touching each other openly, switching their partners during this intimate act.

Alohi’s heart stopped beating for a moment as she saw Mia’s model like figure fixed with ropes hanging from the roof. She was moaning, grinding her bare bottom to match the thrusts. Her eyes popped out as the only one being dressed in the spacious bedroom.

Alohi felt ashamed to death. With her blurred eyes, she read “Swinger party” with neon lights, shinning above.

“Alvin!”

This name escaped her mouth in a whisper. But it was not noticed by groaning and grunting Alvin, who was pounding Mia like a hungry dog.

Alohi placed her hand on the mouth to stop the upcoming screams and bolted out on the verge of having an emotional breakdown.
