I let out a sigh of relief when Raphael left after we ate dinner together, and not mentioning about what he’d seen on the screen of my laptop. As soon as I shut the door to my room, another email popped, and it was from a client with whom I had previously worked, when I was still working as a full-time programmer. I was being asked if I am still active at the job.

I didn’t respond to the email because I had made a commitment to myself that I would never try programming again.
