537. The Seven Deadly Sins vs. Sabbac!

On the barren Gobi Desert, Alex stood watching the towering infernal energy erupting in the distance. He was momentarily stunned, but soon a dangerous smirk tugged at the corners of his mouth.

"Miss Minutes, can we use the Crown of Sabbac to pinpoint the location of the Hell Dimension?"

Before he finished speaking, Miss Minutes appeared on Alex's shoulder. She observed the continuous energy surges in the distance and shook her head slightly.

[I'm afraid not. The Crown of Sabbac is merely a conduit for energy transmission. Besides, now that the human has accepted the demon's power, the crown has disintegrated. To locate that dimension, the other side would need to open a portal first.]

"I see," Alex muttered, nodding thoughtfully.

Originally, he had planned to trace the connection between Ishmael and the Crown of Sabbac to find the gateway to the Hell Dimension. But this faint link was insufficient for reverse tracking.

Sabbac's power was indeed immense, even comparable to a high-ranking demon lord. However, as a construct containing portions of six demon lords' power, it was far from the strength of an actual demon lord.

Simply devouring Sabbac wouldn't yield as much energy as consuming an actual lord of Hell. If he could locate the Hell Dimension, Alex would have no qualms about forcibly seizing power from there.

"What a pity. Oh well, so be it."

Shaking his head, Alex didn't dwell on it. Perhaps it was the power he'd gained from Mephisto and the outer god or the energy from Trigon, but he felt his horizons had broadened significantly.

The usual sources of energy no longer satisfied him; he sought grander, more infinite power to sustain his ever-growing needs.

[Master, you're starting to resemble a Dimensional Lord more and more. Should we wait for the demon to open the Hell portal, then claim that dimension for ourselves?]

Miss Minutes asked eagerly, her face brimming with battle spirit. She seemed ready to see Alex storm the Hell Dimension and bring it to its knees.

Alex chuckled softly at her suggestion. "You make me sound like Dormammu, conquering worlds wherever I go."

After a pause, he added, "Let's not. This isn't the Wasteland, and old Bruce Wayne already has enough on his plate. Let's not trouble my old friend any further. Besides, one Sabbac is enough, not to mention all this Nth Metal lying around."

[Whatever you say~]

With a faint smile, Miss Minutes turned and disappeared into Alex's embrace.

Just as she vanished, Barry Allen screeched to a halt beside Alex.

As soon as he stopped, Barry grabbed Alex's arm, visibly anxious.

"Oh my god, Alex, I'm so glad you're here. You'll never guess what's happening in the city. Quick, use your Bat Network to contact the Justice Society! That demon somehow blocked all communications!"

"Calm down. It's just a demon. There's no need to mobilize the entire Justice Society for something this trivial," Alex replied, glancing at Barry. "Besides, by the time they get here, Kahndaq will already be in ruins."

"Then what do we do? Doctor Fate and Hawkman can't handle that demon! Only Teth-Adam can match him, and if we can't stop him here, the entire world is doomed," Barry said, visibly panicking. Doctor Fate had already contacted him telepathically, warning that if Sabbac reclaimed the throne, he could open a rift to Hell. Such an event would plunge the world into chaos.

Unlike the frantic Barry, Alex remained calm. He turned to Barry and asked a curious question.

"Tell me, Barry. Which is greater: seven or six?"

"Huh?"

Barry was completely dumbfounded. Why would Alex ask such a question at a time like this?

Before he could say anything further, he noticed black smoke beginning to rise from Alex's body. A wave of dizziness hit him.

Staggering back several steps, Barry fought the nausea in his stomach and stared in shock at Alex, now shrouded in dark smoke. No, it wasn't ordinary smoke—it was demonic energy, similar to Sabbac's.

Ancient demonic whispers echoed in Barry's ears. When he looked up again, numerous glowing eyes peered out from the dark mist surrounding Alex.

"Y-you, this is—"

Alex understood the kind of misunderstanding that revealing his demonic power might cause in most worlds. He quickly spoke to clarify.

"Don't worry. This is just a power I obtained from another world. It looks scary, but it's not as dangerous as it seems."

As he spoke, the black smoke rapidly condensed into solid forms. Seven distinct, shadowy demons emerged, each with unique shapes, encircling Alex. His pupils had turned entirely jet-black.

In this form, Alex resembled a prince of Hell, an image that would strike fear into any who saw him.

But Alex underestimated Barry Allen's adaptability—or perhaps his faith in Alex's abilities.

Upon hearing Alex's explanation, Barry quickly regained his composure. He patted his chest and smiled.

"Oh, I see! I knew you'd have a plan. These are demons too? Gotta say, they look pretty cool up close. Why aren't they talking? I heard demons are supposed to be masters of temptation."

"These are the Seven Deadly Sins, primal demons. Some say they hail from another dimension, others claim they're creations of Lucifer, and still others believe they were released from Pandora's Box. Whatever the case, they're now mindless energy constructs."

Seeing Barry Allen's surprised reaction, Alex quietly explained things to him. Then, with a wave of his hand, the Seven Deadly Sins began to merge together.

Pride stood at the forefront, and behind him, the energy forms of the six primal demons rapidly gathered into his body. As the fusion progressed, Pride's physical form underwent a tremendous transformation.

Six eyes opened on his fierce humanoid face, sharp horns sprouted from the top of his head, and his mouth cracked open as a snake-like tongue slithered between his sharp fangs.

After the Seven Deadly Sins fully fused, his body grew significantly, reaching nearly three meters in height. Behind him, a pair of wings covered in bone spurs unfolded.

"Go, let that pathetic demon experience what true power really is."

Alex smiled slightly, and the Seven Deadly Sins let out a roar. With a sudden flap of their wings, they shot into the air at incredible speed, heading straight for the city.

The terrifying speed exceeded even that of Pietro, as remembered by Barry Allen. Barry watched Alex in shock, seemingly curious about how much Alex had changed in just three years.

Seeing Barry's expression, Alex thought he was worried about the battlefield, so he gently spoke.

"Don't worry, Sabbac's combat abilities are indeed formidable, but he's still newly emerged, nowhere near a match for the Seven Deadly Sins under my command. Moreover, my Seven Deadly Sins have fused with the power of the Three Thrones, and that's where the real terror lies."

In the original story, Ishmael could be considered the second-generation Sabbac. In the comics, he even seized the powers of the Seven Deadly Sins and became an extremely powerful demon.

However, the act of seizing power didn't mean he could defeat the Seven Deadly Sins. As primal sins, the Seven Deadly Sins possessed power strong enough to contend with various dimensional lords.

Unfortunately, the Seven Deadly Sins had often been in a weakened state, leading to the misconception that they were weak.

Sabbac, on the other hand, had only acquired the powers of six demon lords, making him a mere mortal in comparison. If the six demon lords who had granted him power were summoned, the Seven Deadly Sins might face some difficulty. But facing only Sabbac was more than enough.

And as Alex had anticipated, things played out just as he planned.

In the center of the battlefield, Sabbac had just punched Hawkman away when he turned to head toward the throne. But Black Adam wasn't going to let that happen. He charged forward and stood in front of Sabbac.

"Get out of my way!"

Sabbac lunged forward, and Black Adam didn't hesitate to meet him head-on. The two collided violently, creating a shockwave, and then interlocked their fingers, starting a fierce struggle of strength.

Clenching his teeth, Black Adam glared at the Sabbac demon in front of him, his eyes full of murderous intent.

He had to admit, this monster was even stronger than he had imagined, and its threat was higher than the combined threat of Hawkman and Doctor Fate.

"Killing you… shouldn't be considered senseless slaughter, right?"

"Kill me? You think you're worthy?" Sabbac sneered. "With you, a Shazam not even recognized by the Wizard's Council?"

"Watch out, something's coming!" At that moment, Doctor Fate suddenly shouted a warning.

But Black Adam and Sabbac were already locked in a deadly struggle, unable to separate. Both were giving their all, and at this moment, if either one of them let up even a little, they would instantly collapse.

"I know who you are, Teth-Adam. You destroyed my family. Kandak belongs to me, but now your legend is what's being told here."

As he spoke, a pentagram on Sabbac's chest began to gather energy, and the temperature around them skyrocketed, even distorting the space around them.

"Die, you vile usurper!"

At this sight, Teth-Adam's pupils contracted, and he immediately began gathering lightning within his body, preparing for a powerful counterattack.

Just as both were about to unleash their full powers, a pitch-black shadow suddenly appeared in the distant dark clouds.

The shadow moved with incredible speed, and in the blink of an eye, it was already close. By the time everyone noticed it and before Doctor Fate could warn them again, the shadow shot toward the battlefield.

In the next instant, the menacing figure raised its massive fist, the size of a water barrel.

In the stunned gazes of everyone—

It slammed fiercely into Sabbac's face!
