554. The GodWorld Escape Ship.

"These are ships from the GodWorld."

Alex frowned, staring at the two abandoned space warships that were continuously lost in the spatial turbulence, deep in thought, remaining silent for a long time.

[Detected faint energy reaction from the Rainbow Bridge, sir. These two ships might...]

The voice of Miss Minutes appeared in Alex's mind, her tone not particularly pleasant—perhaps influenced by Alex's current emotions.

'I remember from the Overseer's records on the Wasteland Universe, the Rainbow Bridge had been destroyed by the Frost Giants back when the GodWorld fell, right?'

[Yes, although there aren't many records after the divine realm was exiled, at the observable time nodes, the Rainbow Bridge was indeed destroyed. Who knows how much dark divine power Odin had to use to send these ships here.]

At this moment, Alex had picked up on a few clues from Miss Minutes's words. He continued to stare at the ships, feeling a mix of emotions.

'Is it possible to reverse-engineer the current location of Asgard's divine realm using those faint Rainbow Bridge energy traces?'

[The spatial turbulence has diluted the energy from the Rainbow Bridge, so I can only sense the general direction. But I can guarantee, we are very close to the GodWorld's location, very close.]

"Alright."

Letting out a heavy sigh, Alex turned his head to look at Brainstorm.

"Valeria, I need you to change the course. Those GodWorld ships weren't destroyed before the great battle, but after it. There should be information about the GodWorld's location aboard them."

"Wait, you mean they didn't come here from the real dimension, but from the GodWorld...?" Brainstorm's eyes widened in shock.

Her surprise was understandable because, according to her calculations, this should have been impossible—or rather, it was a suicidal action.

"The divine realm of Asgard has been completely exiled from the real universe, and it was sent to the edge of dimensional space. The entire divine realm is surrounded by spatial turbulence. Forcing those ships out, isn't that suicide?"

"I'm afraid something happened inside the GodWorld," Billy said, shifting his gaze to Brainstorm.

"There is indeed such a possibility. After that great battle, losing contact with the other dimensions, the GodWorld is clearly facing immense trouble. For the gods to risk their lives just to get the ships out, things must be serious," Brainstorm responded quickly, as her hands were already working. As she spoke, the train's engine swiftly changed course. With the combined effort of the two, the engine slowly turned and headed toward the ships' location.

Alex walked over to Billy's side and spoke slowly.

"Billy, I need you to lock onto those two ships. You have the blessing of the gods; you should be able to sense their fixed coordinates."

"I can, but why do we need to do that? Aren't we heading there already?" Billy asked, a bit confused.

"This is spatial turbulence, a place that life cannot fully comprehend. On the surface, it may seem calm, without immediate danger, but in reality, if I make even a small mistake, I could be teleported to another location," Brainstorm explained.

"Yes," Alex nodded. "Without a route, we could end up going farther and farther off course. Just focus on sensing the coordinates, the rest is up to me."

"Got it." Billy nodded and slowly closed his eyes.

This mission to search for the magical dimensions and divine realms was something Alex had prepared for failure long ago. It couldn't exactly be called a failure, as he truly hoped to bring the ancient gods back to the Wasteland, rather than just running over to collect their corpses.

Although he had prepared himself for Odin's death, seeing the ships from the GodWorld floating quietly in the spatial turbulence still made Alex's expression darken.

As Brainstorm had said, after being exiled by dark magic, the area surrounding the GodWorld was filled with extremely dangerous spatial turbulence. Even Odin in his later years couldn't say for sure that he could pass through here. What more of others?

But even so, Odin had chosen to use his divine power to forcefully forge a new Rainbow Bridge to send these ships out of the divine realm. There were only two possible reasons for this.

Either Odin was nearing the end of his life, unable to support the GodWorld any longer, and needed to find a way back to the real dimension, with these two ships being his attempt.

Or, the GodWorld was facing a catastrophic disaster. In order to protect the people and citizens of Asgard, Odin was willing to risk his life to send them out, even if it meant only a one-in-a-million chance of survival.

But no matter which possibility, the plan had failed, and the chance of Odin surviving was now minimal.

As they slowly approached the abandoned ships, they could observe their current state more clearly.

As Alex had suspected, they quickly noticed the GodWorld emblem on the ships' exteriors. This was a mark unique to the GodWorld, one that no one in the universe dared to imitate.

The emblem of the GodWorld carries divine power. If someone else uses this symbol, it will be sensed by the GodWorld, much like the power of a believer's prayer. For this reason, no one has ever dared to touch the majesty of the GodWorld.

However, now the divine power on these runes had been completely worn away by the spatial forces. The ships were rusty on the outside, with traces of frost, and one side had a breach, inside of which there were no signs of life.

"This one has no useful clues left. It's likely that the ship suffered damage when crossing the spatial barrier, but I suspect that the most likely cause is the pressure from the Rainbow Bridge and the spatial barrier causing it to explode."

Brainstorm carefully examined the ship, then pointed to the broken entrance.

"Look, this breach was caused by an internal explosion. From our position, it's quite clear. And judging by the state of the ship's material, it doesn't look like it was damaged by external force, but rather from the effects of spatial pressure."

After Brainstorm finished speaking, Alex also scanned the two ships with his perception. "The other ship is intact. Apart from external wear, there doesn't seem to be any serious internal damage."

Although Alex's perception was limited by the spatial turbulence and couldn't fully inspect the interior of the ship, based on the perfectly sealed state of the exterior, it seemed there were no signs of leakage inside.

"Now the question is, how do we get inside?" Billy shrugged. "This isn't a stable dimension or the real world. Opening a portal here seems a bit dangerous."

"True. I can give it a try, but I'm only about 80% sure it will work," responded Franklin, the Psi-Lord.

Franklin had not fully mastered the energy within his body, but even so, an 80% success rate showed the immense power and potential he possessed.

"I'll do it. This distance isn't much." Alex waved his hand nonchalantly.

Although the spatial turbulence had suppressed Alex's magic and the space here was extremely unstable—opening a portal here could easily result in the risk of being sliced apart by the rifts—Alex didn't rely solely on magic.

The moment Alex finished speaking, a purple rectangular portal suddenly materialized, pressing against the train's door.

[Power consumption: 1.7%. Portal opened. Please be cautious of unknown dangers, sir.]

"Franklin, please stay here and stabilize the Hogwarts Express. We'll be back shortly," Alex turned to look at Franklin.

If they didn't leave someone behind, the unstable space could potentially send the train to an unknown location. Since Billy and Brainstorm didn't have the necessary power, they had to rely on Franklin.

Franklin looked like he wanted to go, but he nodded. "Alright."

Seeing Franklin's understanding, Alex patted his shoulder, then turned and led Billy into the portal, with Brainstorm quickly following behind.

Once they passed through the portal, Alex remained vigilant for any potential ambush, but the expected surprise attack didn't occur. The inside of the GodWorld ship was eerily silent.

"Safe," Alex said, then added, "Be careful."

As with previous experiences in GodWorld ships, the interior was filled with the gleaming Asgardian metal, which had been influenced by divine power over the years, making it much harder than ordinary metals.

The portal had opened near the cockpit, where it was dimly lit, and empty. Only some emergency lights and the faint glow from outside illuminated parts of the area.

"It looks like this ship's systems haven't been functioning for a long time. I'll try restarting it. Maybe there will be records of this trip's course," Brainstorm said as she quickly approached the cockpit.

However, her small stature meant she had to stand on tiptoe to reach the control panel.

"This is divine realm technology. Can you handle it?" Billy asked curiously.

"Don't underestimate me. This stuff isn't that hard. Oh, and come over here and help me. Without divine power, this thing won't activate," Brainstorm waved to Billy.

While Billy and Brainstorm worked, Alex immediately expanded his perception and began carefully inspecting every part of the ship's interior.

The interior of the ship was larger than Alex had imagined, and it was filled with complex energies that pressured his perception, making it hard to focus.

Alex felt like he was reliving the experience of the Angel Radio.

If his mental strength wasn't strong enough, the overwhelming twisted energy would have filled his mind in an instant.

"This really is an Asgardian divine realm escape ship."

At this moment, Brainstorm made a discovery.

"Mr. Alex, I think you need to come see this."
