As beneficiaries of this newly emerged force, they were either original villagers or subjects of the port warlord. Recognized earliest as residents of this territory, they jumped on the fast track of territorial development. In the process of development, they first gained work points, which they then exchanged for houses, shops, farms, and other productive resources. It can be said that they are now the earliest property owners on the territory.

And they are the ones who least want to see this territory destroyed because if it were to disappear, they would lose everything and revert back to being poor villagers or destitute refugees.
