Observer Effect.

This is a term from the quantum domain.

In the quantum field, the presence and absence of an observer can make microscopic particles present themselves in completely different states, such as photons switching between being waves and particles.

But here, the Observer Effect refers to a matter of time.

The example Xun Xiaoyu gave is actually quite vivid: a game.

Single-player RPG games fit this example best.

Where the main character controlled by you exists, that is where time flows; everywhere else might as well not exist and is in a state of stillness and is virtual. In other words, this is the ultimate embodiment of the Anthropic Principle.
