Chapter 17: "The Rare Blood Type"

Taehyung burst into the lab, his eyes scanning the room frantically for Y/N. He saw her lying on the table, her body twitching in agony. Dr. Kim and Captain Lewis stood over her, their faces grim.

"What have you done to her?" Taehyung demanded, his voice shaking with rage.

Dr. Kim turned to him, her eyes filled with a mix of fear and awe. "Y/N's blood type... it's rare. She's fighting off the virus, Taehyung. She's the only one who can..."

Captain Lewis's eyes narrowed, his previous threat still echoing in the air. "She's the key to our survival. And we'll do whatever it takes to keep her alive." He paused, his voice laced with frustration. "I didn't mean what I said earlier, Y/N. I was just trying to keep you in line. You're too valuable to us."

Dr. Kim shot him a warning glance, her eyes saying " Enough, Captain".

Captain Lewis Sighed, his expression softening slightly. "Look, Y/N, we need your help. Your rare blood type holds the key to creating a vaccine for the zombie virus. Will you cooperate with us?"

Y/N's eyes flickered open, her gaze locking onto Taehyung before returning to Captain Lewis. She nodded weakly, her voice barely audible. "Vaccine... yes... need to stop it..."

Dr. Kim's face lit up with hope. "With your help, Y/N, we can create a vaccine and save humanity!"

Taehyung's eyes never left Y/N's face, his heart filled with relief and determination. "Let's do it," he said, his voice firm. "We'll work together to create a vaccine and put an end to this nightmare once and for all."

The lab fell silent, the only sound the beeping of machines and Y/N's ragged breathing. But in that moment, a glimmer of hope was born...
