What a great way to change a story!

"Look, that guy still has that shitty attitude even after being demoted." A colleague, pouring a coffee in his cup, sneered at Dew.

"Shh, don't talk about him, he might hear us, you didn't forget why he was demoted, right?" The other man remarked, warning him to watch his mouth.

"Tsk, who would forget that, even the director had to step in to stop that fight, that bastard really is something, treating everyone like a piece of shit, sometimes I even doubt if the director hadn't stop him, he might have become an murderer and went to prison." At this thought a large grin hung on the man's face.

"Ah, that would have been damn worth it."A voice from behind those two people rang inside the employee lounge.

Both the man, just a minute ago yapping about the person, had become statues. It could be fear of him listening the whole thing or the fear of what he'll do to them after hearing them talking shit about him.

Dew ignored those two idiots, walking past them, he grabbed his favorite coffee bean of which no one in the company knows, he put the beans in the grinder and set it to a coarse grind.

Once the grinding is complete, he transfers the grounds into the French press, tapping the sides to level them.

He poured the boiling water slowly, watching as the grounds bloom and release gases, creating a fragrant crust on top. He pours up to the desired level, making sure all the grounds are submerged.

Using a spoon, Dew gently stirs the mixture, ensuring that all the coffee grounds are evenly distributed in the water. He places the lid on the French press, with the plunger pulled up, and sets his timer for 4 minutes.

The two guy talking about him at the beginning couldn't take this sight, Dew making the coffee so passionately with an invisible gentleness on his face.

One of the guys rubbed his eyes while asking the other, "Hey, am I imagining things or is it true that this bastard also have this talent to make a coffee this calmly while being demoted the very previous day?"

The other couldn't even answer as Dew had turned to them with a cup full of coffee which aroma filled the whole room, his eyes only showing contempt towards those two before leaving.

It was 3 hours more until the end of his work today. He sat on his chair, the computer screen showing the data list which was half done.

The evening sun didn't stay for long as the moon had started its work.

Dew exited the company with an emotionless expression exclaimed in his heart 'I can't wait to go home, my sister must be waiting for me, ahh thinking about her makes me so happy that it vanishes my tiredness, I should hurry to home.'

"Hng..waah..ngh...why..why did that emperor kill my favorite character..ngh..why?" Marie crying a bucket full of tears after reading the ending part of her favorite character.

The brother, a habitual of picking the best time for his entry, saw this entire scene of his sister tossing in her bed hugging a huge panda shaped pillow, sometimes even throwing some punches at the poor pillow panda.

Dew went near his sister, sitting on the edge of her bed, asking why she was crying.

"Who said I'm crying? I'm not! " The stomping sound was so loud that for a minute Dew's ear had an ear burst no for Dew it was a heartbreak, she was obviously crying but she would rather not tell him anything, this made him very upset, there were even tears in his eyes but in reality his eyes were stone cold, leaving no hint of his inner heartbreak on his face.

A few more days passed, Marie ignored Dew like an air, he tried to ask her multiple times but she would not say anything until today arrived.

*Crash*....*Crash*....*Crash*

Loud sound of something being thrown to ground was all that could be heard from Marie's room for the past few days, Dew had noticed it was a book that his sister had been reading for nearly 2 weeks.

One day after reading the book, she would take some walk and return to reading it again and sometime her expression become very dangerous while looking at some paragraph, he had no idea what that was even if he wanted to ask, his intuition told him he might get in trouble if he disturbed his little sister reading an unknown book with that expression.

Today, Dew saw Marie's room locked, he knocked on that door, no one answered, he knocked again still there was no answer from the inside but a faint crying sound could be heard, upon listening, some unnatural force entered his body urging him to break open the door but there was still some awareness in him.

"Marie, my sister what happened, open the door, tell your big brother if someone is bullying you..wait is someone bullying you? I will make him wish he never had taken birth, tell me that bastard's name." Dew coming up with his own imagination, already started thinking on how to bury that guy alive in the most torturous way.

His train of thought was stopped by a loud bang sound, the door opened, a crying Marie with her eyes swelled like a balloon yelled, "What are you making this much noise for?"

Seeing his sister still had that temper of his, couldn't help but calm down a little, he asked her about the thing with her.

Finally, Marie told Dew about the novel which she was reading, in which how a dumb emperor brought its empire to doom and her favorite character also suffered a bad ending because of his fault.

*An hour later*

Dew reading the whole novel from front to back without leaving a single page got up from his seat.

The author of book "Doom of The Eldoria Empire" remarked that a sequel of this book might be published if the book come in rank one but Dew has one hundred percent surety that the sequel will never be published as the first book was trash so how could it'll be rank one.

With a drrr sound Dew open the drawer in which his writing stationary had kept, it had been some month from last time he used.

His eyes gleaming with a rare sparkle of determination, he took out his fountain pen, fully enrolling the idea of new story in his mind that he was going to write for his sister, changing the whole story to be a better ending.

Fully focused, he lifted his arm to write, but soon his eyes started feeling heavy, the dizziness engulfing him, stealing his consciousness at a faster rate, with thump sound Dew crashed on the ground, hearing which Marie run up to him.

He didn't know that it was the last time he would be hearing his sister voice who was shouting his name in worry.

'Marie, don't worry, I'm just going to sleep for a while and after I wake up I will absolutely rewrite that story for you.' Those were his last word in his this life as Dew.

The next moment, when Dew opened his eyes he saw a ceiling unfamiliar to him, it was in the style of historical design, he couldn't understand why would a hospital have that type of ceiling.

There was a movement from his beside when he tried to get up, and when he finally saw the person beside him whose eyes glaring at him with eyes full of hate, he couldn't believe if he was in a dream or was it truly a reality.
