When Sparks Fly

"Doctor! Doctor! How's he doing?" Amanda asked, literally flying at him. She was closely followed by Rico, Jessi, and Noah. 


"Mr. Barnes is fine now. We closed the injury, it's gonna leave an ugly scar though. He's resting right now. Take it easy with him you all. The anesthesia hasn't worn off completely. If you'll give us a moment, the nurse will inform you once she's done setting him in his room. Please, excuse me," he gave them a curt nod and walked past. 


A nurse showed up in a few minutes to direct them to Ryan's room. They took the elevator to the top floor and went up a flight of stairs to the penthouse suite. 


Noah did little to hide her amazement, 


"Penthouse suite for an injury patient? And how much is he paying for this?"
