Why?

"I'm coming," Sofia yelled exasperatedly. Who the hell came visiting at six in the morning?

She opened the door and Rico was standing there with Jessi.

"Oh," she paused, realizing that she hadn't seen either of them throughout "yesterday"

Rico immediately used his height to his advantage, slipping past her.

"Well, come in," she muttered.

Jessi chuckled drily and followed Rico, then Sofia shut the door, and came to sit with them.

"I know why you're here," she said.

"You didn't pick up any of my calls yesterday. I was worried."

"I didn't pick a lot of calls," Sofia shrugged.

"What happened?" Rico asked.

"Just as I thought," Sofia nodded.

"Look Soph, we know something happened. But we don't understand, cause everything was ok when you two left," Jessi intervened.

"Does it matter?" She asked, walking to her flowers, "What's happened, has happened. Besides, there's nothing you or anyone can do about it."
