"So the dish I cooked that day was sweet?" Madeline was a bit in disbelief.
If that was the case, it wouldn't be edible at all, right?
"Yes." Xavier said lightly, that sweet dinner really impressed him.
"That's not edible at all, is it? Sorry." Madeline was embarrassed.
"It is delicious." Xavier said.
"How can it be delicious? That's sugar." Although she had never eaten a purely sweet dish, she could imagine how unpalatable it must be.
"I like it sweet." He said.
Madeline was warmed by him.
Xavier was cold on the outside, but he was still quite warm on the inside and was very good at comforting and taking care of people.

Madeline was shocked.
