Even though Gibson was young, he had an aura of authority that surpassed many seasoned veterans. His conversations were laced with a chilling calmness and a knack for controlling the tone, traits not commonly found in young people.
After many experiences, he had developed a personality that could comfortably handle changes and control arrogance.
"Understood, I'll definitely pass the message!" The elderly man said quietly with a nod. "How should I address you in public then?"
This was just to establish a public image, to remind those who were oblivious to the times that Starfall City was hosting an important figure, and that crossing him could have unimaginable consequences.
"You can warmly call me 'the Reaper'. I quite enjoy the feeling of controlling life and death," Gibson said with a light lift of his right hand and a cold smile.
On his right index finger, he wore a black ring, a symbol of the Hell's Ten Kings!
The elderly man was filled with doubt, unsure if Hell's Ten Kings was a replacement for the original The Ten Kings of Hell or a completely new organization.
Gibson was labeled a 5S level danger because he had once led The Ten Kings of Hell in causing near chaos across Europe. But three years ago, he suddenly went to prison, and The Ten Kings of Hell seemingly disappeared. Now, he had founded Hell's Ten Kings, which was even more dangerous.
These ten people covered sectors like economics, healthcare, assassination, real estate, finance, and even included some regional leaders. The terrifying extent of this group, all obedient to Gibson alone, even controlling their life and death, was self-evident.
After a moment's hesitation, the elder nodded, "Yes... I'll arrange that right away. Also, I've assigned an assistant for you, he can handle all your affairs in Starfall City.
After speaking, he clapped his hands and a young, handsome guy came in, walking up to Gibson and bowing respectfully, "Sir, 0527 reporting for duty. I'm pleased to serve you. From today onward, I can help with all your affairs in Starfall City."
"Get out—" Gibson said coldly with a glance.
The young man exchanged a look with the elder, and an awkward silence filled the air.
It had to be said, the elder was somewhat out of touch. If he really wanted to plant a spy to monitor Gibson's actions, shouldn't it at least be a beautiful woman? Doesn't he know that even heroes have a weak spot for beauty?

The elder awkwardly waved his hand, signaling the young man to leave, then whispered, "If Mr. Barton is not satisfied, I can find someone else."
"No need to change, she'll do," Gibson pointed at Phoebe standing by, speaking indifferently.
"No... that won't work!" The elder immediately shook his head. "Miss Grant has other arrangements, I'll find someone else for Mr. Barton!"
Phoebe came from a prominent family, not easily controlled by the governor of Starfall City, and Gibson also knew her well enough to not worry about her stabbing him in the back.
Most importantly, she was a great beauty. Even if she were to follow Gibson daily, at least it would be a pleasant sight, never a bore.
The elder was worried because Gibson alone had the power to shake up the whole of Thyria. Getting too close to Phoebe could mean powers combining, making them harder to control.
"Remember, I'm informing you, not asking for your opinion!" Gibson said, looking grim as he fiddled with a lighter in his hands.
"But, Mr. Barton, this is against the rules…" the old man said with an awkward laugh.
"Rules?!" Gibson stood up slowly, his voice cold. "My rules are the rules."
The elder didn't dare say more and turned to Phoebe to hear her thoughts.
Phoebe was almost bursting with excitement, her eyes full of anticipation.
Clearly, there was no need for further questions.
"Alright, if Miss Grant has no objections, then please coordinate with Mr. Barton and meet all his needs in Starfall City," the elder said with a resigned smile.
Phoebe jumped up excitedly: "No problem! I'll take care of all his needs, including... I'm fully in charge of that area too!"
"You're getting carried away following me?!" Gibson said, expressionless.
She playfully stuck out her tongue: "Just let me have a little fun with it!"
The elder didn't dare say much else, just hoping Gibson could live peacefully in Starfall City. After all, any future problems wouldn't be his concern, as he was retiring soon.
Gibson was like a ticking time bomb, it was just a matter of who would end up dealing with him.
After wrapping up the meeting, Gibson left.
"Where are you going? I'll take you!" Phoebe chattered nonstop behind him. "You were so cool just now, totally shut him up!"
"Take me back to the company, I haven't finished work yet!" Gibson glanced back at her.
"Work? You really work as a security guard at Wind Group?" Phoebe asked, surprised, having thought that guy was just bluffing.
Seeing her surprised face, Gibson spread his hands and chuckled resignedly: "What, you think it's shameful for me to work there?"
"No, no, no, even if you begged for money, I'd stick by you. But I just can't figure out why you'd be a security guard. Is it because of the beautiful CEO at Wind Group? Are you chasing her? I'm not bad either, why don't you chase me? I'm easy to catch!" Phoebe pouted, clearly jealous.
He just spread his hands and chuckled coldly: "Actually, she's the one chasing me! Congratulations, you've got a rival in love."
"Hmph! Mr. Barton, you really know how to charm them everywhere you go! Can't you tone down the charm a bit? There are thousands more lined up behind me, what about these girls?"
"I'm already holding back as much as I can! Can't help it, being handsome is something I can't hide."
