Chapter 1 Part II

"Welcome to class 1D, I will be your homeroom teacher until you graduate, my name is Alessandro Lombardi, nice to meet you all."

Quite interesting, so I'm in class D, well if it is the same as in the last light Novel I read, I am in the worst class now. But I can't think of any logical reason for why I should be here then.

Moreover if the school system really is the same as in the light novel, I wonder why she, the girl who sat next to me during the introduction is in the same class as me.

But my classmates all seemed interesting to me, my class has 35 students, a rather big amount compared to the school I was before. There were only about 20 to 25 students in one class.

Although I think that probably only around 10 of them are going to get really important for the continuation of my school life.

I think a round of introductions would be appropriate now, so that much time of small talk where you get to know each individualy might be skiped.

However since this is a high school and not a elementary school it is probably only gonna happen if some kind of class leader speaks up and asks the other students to indroduce themselves.

The teacher writes a question on the blackboard: "Which one of the students in this room has no secret?"

"I'll leave this classroom now for the entire day and tomorrow I want an answer to this question, if you cannot give me an correct answer you all are going to be expelled from this school," said the teacher while leaving the room.

It became loud inside the classroom, although it was more like whispering, whispering that came differently from each student and so a loud atmosphere prevailed in the classroom.

The question the teacher gave really is a hard one that needs much social skills, how are we going to find out who in this class has no secret.

Ah I think I pretty much have no secrets as I'm always trying to be honest. However I do not think people will believe me just after I told them that.

Moreover it could be possible that I have secrets hidden even from my own mind. Considering that the most logical answer to this question has to be "no one".

But I do not think that the question can be answered this easily, but let's see how the things are going to end.

A male student stood up, wanting to say something.

"Everyone calm down first, I am Paul Schneider, I think it is the best if we all firstly introduce ourselves before discussing this question. Please raise your arm if you agree with me," he says and bows to us.

Eleven students including me raised up their hand. While we raised up our hands I heard whispers in the classroom saying:

"What does he think who he is?" "He can't just lead the class like that"

Somehow it seems like that the rest of the class hasn't realised yet in what kind of situation we are right now, however it was more suprising to me that the girl from the school introduction didn't raise her hand.
