Messiah.

"Sure". I muttered and he smiled. I assisted in setting the table and offered food.

Apparently, Sakamoto wasn't joking when he said he was a priest as he went on to pray before we eat and that pretty much almost caught me off guard as I was the first to take a bite of my food. I learnt to pray from him and surprisingly, met someone even more interesting.

I was taken outside to a wide surrounding filled with trees and hills. Just as I expected, the building was and old church house on a hill. There was a playground filled with children and a field for chicken and cows. A stream down the mountain cliff was fetching water and farm that grew vegetables. It was completely stacked as Rafael did state that they dwell mostly on vegetables as ghouls and are training the little ones not to relay on human flesh.

"Wonderful". I muttered in excitement. I had to say they were doing an excellent job, with most kids in the church house being orphans to hang parents and some ghouls.

"So how are enjoying the view so far, Ichigo? Sakamoto asked as he attempted to dodge the running children.

"Honsetly, I didn't expect ghouls to actually feed off on human food. I mean I tried it but threw it right back out". I said and heard him chuckle lightly.

"what food did you start with? He asked and I raised my head to the sky as though I was thinking.

"Practically, everything". I said and Rafael chuckled this time. I gave him a confused look as I felt perhaps this wasn't that funny.

"coffee or tea". Sakamoto muttered and I gasped.

"Tea? I asked, looking at him in awe.

"That's right? Tea can be easily digested by the ghoul body. It's basically liquid with a little splash of flavor. Just like water or blood to a ghoul, tea or coffee can easily fill up the tummy". He said and I saw Rafael nod his head.

"Whoa…never thought I could drink tea". I muttered.

"To be honest, many ghouls don't consider tea. Be what they don't know is that, this tea enables their body to get use to such treatment before accepting other light meals and then the mean dish. Haven't you meant a ghoul, who eats vegetables? He asked and I proudly shaked my head.

"Hey…Sakamoto San! A voice hailed out and we looked in that direction. It was a boy on bicycle, riding up the hill and waving his hands in the air. Sakamoto let out a smirk as we watched the boy ride up the hill.

"Look! Gilbert is here". A little boy shouted the others turned their heads from the playground. They ran off to him, cheering at his arrival. He was carrying some crates strapped to his bicycle and finally made it up the hill despite the swarm of kids around him.

"Wow, the children sure love him". I muttered and Sakamoto heard me.

"Of course. After all he is my little boy". He whispered in my ears and I gasped. Gilbert was his son, I looked at the boy to pick out a few resemblance but from the look of things, he was not a ghoul but a human.

"Hey dad, what's popping". Gilbert said and gave him a high five. He glanced at Rafael who offered a gentle smile.

"care to help me with this? He offered to me and I gasped in a bit of shock. He glared at me as I did the same at him.

"I'll take that, Gilbert". Rafael offered taking most crate from him.

"Its good to see you again, old man". Gilbert said giving his father a hug. I smiled warmly to the affectionate moment and some kids went purling in.

"Sakamoto- San! We got some fresh tomatoes here, wanna try it? A young brown skilled boy offered handing the basket full of red tomatoes to him. I gasped as I watched him pick it up and smile warmly before bearing it down his mouth.

"no way". I muttered as he kept munching with a smile.

"absolute delicious". He muttered with a smile and the children ran off happily into the church house.

"How did you do that? I muttered and Sakamoto saw the odd look on my face.

"Hey Gilbert, How about you help get dinner started huh? He offered and Gilbert smiled, whining off that he was a better chef than anyone here.

"Try this? Sakamoto offered me the tomato and I shrugged back a bit.

"I'm not so sure yet". I mumbled and still got shoved in the face with the tomato. I slowly took it off his hand and took of a bite, with a nervy hand.

"so, how does it-

"Ugh…" I coughed out and ran off the vomit as the taste was quite the opposite of what he had tastes earlier. It was bitter and uninviting.

I don't know where I was going exactly but I did hear Sakamoto laughing and remember running so far that he was completely out of sight. I crashed against a tree and apparently vomited the tomato out. I still couldn't get the sour taste out my mouth and opt to go down the stream, but I barely know my way there or even back.

"you okay? A voice asked and I slowly raised my head. I glanced across slowly unto I saw a feet, that stood next to me.

"Huh? I gasped as she pulled her face closer to mine, offering a bottle of water.

"you look pale. I haven't seen you here before". She said and I accepted the water. Our eyes were locked in as she waved her purple hair bangs to the side of her eyes.

She had a cute face, perfect smile and felt introverted. I got up and offered if she could help find my way up the hill and she accepted. She had apparently fetch water down the stream and carrying it up the hill. I assisted her as we walked slowly up the hill. She was just around my age, looking feeble and weak bug I felt she was a ghoul.

"So what is an Aogiri tree member doing out here? She asked and I looked at her.

"Nothing really? I scoffed as I felt the little strain in her voice.

"You know, the Aogiri killed my parents". She said and paused. I paused and slowly turned back to her as I felt a fight brewing.

"Am sorry. I know what's that's like". I muttered and kept my eyes at her.

"you do? She said in cold voice and stared at me.

"I guess". I muttered and she pulled in closer.

"You are the one eyed ghoul, aren't you? She said and I gasped as I felt another reason to fight, was I the one who killed her parents now.

"I am". I said boldly, ready to draw out my Kagune incase she desired to fight.

"In that case, it's good to have you back. Our very own Messiah". She muttered out and I gasped with the sight of her knees and head to the fall for a bow.
