How Can You Arrest Me?

"Pass me that" Nancy said said as she pointed to one of her cosmetics

Sitting in front mirror she was doing her make up already dressed

Since she felt that the plan she hacked has been successful she was in a happy mood

Her today's plan was to first find her Private investigator then know Gu mohan's schedule

And then "Accidentally" bump into him

"Hmm its alright you can go" she said releasing the maid

"Yes miss" the maid bowed feeling astonished

After all Nancy was famous in the household for her foul temper so how could she not be surprised by her sudden calm behavior

The maid, thus walked out in daze

After applying her lipstick and doing some finishing touches on her hair

"I look so good" she squeals I happiness as she made some poses

"What is going on?' Nancy heard her mothers panic voice and followed by silent discussions

Nancy frowned but picked up her bags before slipping into her heels

Never knowning it will be the last time seeing her room

She switched off the light and walked out elegantly

Upon getting to the sitting room the commotion grew louder

"What did you mean? This is slander!" Mrs Tang's chest heaved up and down as she shouted

"Ma'am please bring her out first or you will be an accomplice" the police officer in front spoke politely

Even though they presently had the backing of Gu mohan to arrest young miss Tang they didn't dare act rashly

The Tangs as well had a level of wealth so he tried been polite despite how unreasonable Mrs Tang was becoming

"No! There is no way I am letting you take my daughter away" mrs tang said hurriedly

She had made eye contacts with the maids earlier to make sure Nancy stayed In her room

But it was too late, "what's going on here?" Mr Tang asked walking to the commotion as welll

"Honey, they want to take our daughter away" Mrs Tang upon seeing her husband felt he was her saving grace and hurriedly cried and whined as she complained

Confused Mr Tang faced the two police officers standing

As a man who grew up in a military family he knew what his wife was doing was obstructing the police at their work and can land her in jail as well

Besides the police won't come towards the Tang family without concrete evidence at hand

As a man Mr Tang was more rational and not blinded like Mrs Tang

The police officer was about to explain when Nancy herself arrived

"What's going on? Mom?" She turned and faced her mother

seeing the police standing here she had an ominous feeling and was wary

The police, upon seeing who they came for didn't bother To explain to Mr Tang anymore and directly face Nancy

"I am Yang chenlin from the Area B police division district, Miss Nancy Tang you are under arrest'" he said bring out his ID just like he had done to Mrs Tang previously

Hearing the words 'under arrest' Nancy felt her brains explode

"What are you talking about? How can you arrest me? What did I do?" Nancy raised her voice yelling at them

She was highly flustered and clutched her bag nervously

Seeing her daughter's reaction mrs tang joined in and fanned the flames

While all this was going on two people entered slightly unoticed

One was grandpa tang that looked very disappointed as he stared at the scene with heart ache

He had received GU mohan's call and knew what had happened he sat quietly at the dinning table watching calmly

The other person was Lucas he came to deliver Gu Mohan Message to the Tang couple

Mr Tang on the other hand had noticed his daughters nervous expression which mrs tang was oblivious to, blinded and bent on protecting her daughter Mrs Tang failed to see how nervous and guilt strucked Nancy really is

Mr tang sighed. "What did she do?" He asked

Yang chenlin seeing the defeated look on Mr Tang's face he sighed

Its troublesome having a daughter like this

"Attempted murder!" He said and Mr Tang was shocked

Mrs Tang was rooted I shocked too, but she soon snapped out of it

"What did you mean? My daughter will never kill! How can you slander her like this" Mrs Tang was expansiated

"I didn't kill her what are you talking about" this time Nancy really panic

'Attempted murder? Does that Mean she didn't die? How did she find out it was me?" Series of question flew through Nancy's mind and answered anyhow

He reaction had already showed she was involved

The word she said had already made it know she planned to kill her

Mr Tang was sadden

Not waiting anymore the police officer went forward and took nancy

Wanting to protest nancy struggled vigoursly and cried for her parents

"Mom! Don't let them take me away" she cried

Mrs Tang wanted to step in but lucas came forward blocking it and the police successfully bought her out

"Lucas? What are you doing here" mrs tang was surprised

Being close to the Gu family she recognize Gu mohan's rght hand man

Mr tang wanted to stop his wife before but now recognizing lucas he was confused

Why was he here

"Mr Tang, Mr GU hoped you won't interfere in miss Tang's case, he Is letting this go and not affecting the Tang family on account of the family relationship between the elders

So he's going to only deal with miss Nancy" Lucas said with a bow and passed the evidence of Nancy crime to him

"He said failure to do this, will lead to not just she but also your family going down, because this will be spread throughout" lucas added before going out

Seeing the evidence, Mr tang finally understood

"She tried to kill someone!" He was so angry that he almost fainted

Not just anybody, his daughter tried to kill GU mohan

Seeing this he knew GU mohan was determined to send nancy to prison

"I guess you two should take a break overseas, the trouble you have cause is enough" old master Tang who had been silent all along suddenly spoke causing them to face his direction

He left quietly, the couple glanced at each other

They never knew that their downfall will be caused by their pampered daughter

That night another news hit the whole capital

The hair of the Tang family had been arrested, for attempted murder

"Nancy tang?" Meimei raise her brows as she looked at GU mohan

"Hmm"

"I don't think I have anything to do with her why will she target me" meimei was confused

She knew the accident was premeditated and thought It Was the hand work of one of the Jiang family taking revenge

After all the Jiang family was wiped out all thanks to her

"She felt you stole some thing that was hers" GU mohan answered looking at her passionately

Avoiding eye contact she asked " why will she think that I have something she owns" meimei was puzzled

"She wants my heart but unfortunately it has been stolen by you" he said and meimei's face turned redder

Lucas who had just came back heard this as he was about to enter the ward .

Meimei was so embarrassed that her breathing parttern changed
