CHAPTER 14 You're Not Going Anywhere

  Kassandra's POV

"Damn, finally!" I screamed in bliss while in the middle of the quadrangle.

Lynette laughs at me, seeing how I am raising my arms in the air. My eyes are both closed as I stand on the ground feeling the heat of the sun.

From a distance, we can hear the football players training, but I feel like staying here to celebrate after the test was over.

"Come on! We still have two months more before summer, Kass. It isn't time to enjoy. We got two more exams ahead." She reminded.

I shrug my shoulders. I don't know. I just feel happy the moment I step out of the room where I had my exams earlier.

"Just ignore me, Ly." I mumbled while smiling.

I examine her as she stands next to me. Like me, my pal closes her eyes while opening her arms widely in the air. So, I grinned.

"You are too happy to finally get Montgomery's time, so just be honest."

  Hmm.

  "Partly," I admitted.

Lynette shoves me to the side while chuckling. "You winch!"
