CHAPTER 81 Traitor

  Clayden's POV

The raucous laughter and lively conversations came to an abrupt halt when I scream those words. Jarred, who became uneasy manage to find his way to find Kassandra and ignored the coldness of my voice as I spoke.

I can sense the trembling knees from everyone around this place, especially those who don't have a place in my Pack's council.

They were all happy greeting and congratulating me for my wins and possibilities but I am no longer in the mood to entertain such greeting.

  I want my Luna.

"What are you all looking at?"

As if on cue, my voice seems to thunder around the place that made them move around in panic.

"Clayden!" I heard my father call me by my name but I did not listen.

As I walk towards the kitchen, Monica stumbled into the midst of the busy people in the gathering, her steps unsteady and her breath heavy with the stench of alcohol. Her disheveled appearance and bloodshot eyes revealed a troubled state of mind.
