"Do you want us to get married?" I asked.
"What?!"
"Yeah," I said, my expression serious.
"You're joking right?" She asked me.
"Nope, I'm damn serious," I said. "Let's get married."
"What's your reason? After all, you look like the type of guy that isn't interested in getting married." She asked.

　　By this time, the pasta was done cooking, so I drained it and added it to the pan with the bacon. I then poured the egg mixture over the pasta and stirred it until the sauce was evenly distributed.


　　"The carbonara is ready!" I announced.


　　We dished out the carbonara onto two plates and sat down to enjoy our delicious meal. As we ate, we chatted about our favorite movies and TV shows. We also talked about our plans for the rest of the week.


　　It was so nice to spend some quality time with Britt, and the pasta was absolutely delicious.


　　After we finished eating, we cleaned up the kitchen and then sat down on the couch to watch a movie. We decided to watch "The Princess Bride", which is one of our all-time favorite movies.


　　As we were watching the movie, we started quoting some of our favorite lines. We laughed at all the silly jokes and smiled at the sweet moments between the characters. It was a perfect way to end the evening.
