CHAPTER 64

  "Don't worry, I've been through this stage, and it's all the same for everyone," Emelia assured me as we sat on the couch in Terran's old room.

   

  "What exactly are the rituals?" I cleared my throat as I observed her. My gaze was fixated on her as I watched her fingers spin in the air as she considered what to say to me.

   

  She remained silent for a brief moment. She appeared to be deep in concentration, but the abrupt gust of wind that blew in through the window jolted her out of it.

   

  Her hands rested on her face as she tucked away a strand of hair that had gotten out of its place.

   

  "They could vary, but there's nothing special." She finally said, a smile curling on her lips as her gaze remained on me in assurance.

   

  "What was yours like?"

   

  "Mine would be different from yours because, unlike you, I was not an Alpha, but it was all a bunch of things," she said.
