  People entered the church. Derek and I waited for a moment before going in. When we noticed Sara's limousine arriving, I knew it was time to enter.

  "Let's go," I told Derek. He led me into the church.

  Derek and I couldn't find seats at the back of the church, so we had to find a place at the front.

  I saw Stefan as Derek. And I walked to our seats. There were many familiar faces there. Sara's parents were also present. But no one captured my attention like Stefan managed to do. I don't know if it was the universe conspiring against me or if my eyes lit up when I saw him. But Stefan looked extremely handsome. I felt an immense desire to run to him and hug him.

  When Stefan saw me, he stopped smiling and parted his lips. He didn't take his eyes off me. And I think some people noticed. Derek noticed, but he didn't comment. I tried to stop looking at Stefan. But I stopped in my tracks and couldn't do it. The connection called me to him again.
