Episode 15: Jealousy and Danger

The episode opens with Roman and his teammates in the locker room after football practice. The air is filled with the sounds of laughter and chatter as they change out of their gear.

Roman is at his locker, putting away his equipment when Alex and Ethan walk up to him with smirks on their faces.

Alex: "So, Romeo, how's it going with your bookworm crush?"

Ethan: "Yeah, you're spending a lot of time in the library lately. Trying to impress her with your reading skills?"

Roman rolls his eyes but can't help the small smile tugging at his lips.

Roman: "You guys are hilarious. But seriously, I just think she's interesting."

Alex: "Interesting enough to buy a book she recommended?"

Roman's smile fades slightly, feeling the weight of their words but determined to stay focused on his goal.

Roman: "Yeah, actually. I want to understand her world."

As practice ends, Roman grabs a water bottle and takes a long drink. Alex and Ethan approach, smirking.

Alex: "Hey, Romeo, seen Lily today?"

Ethan: "Yeah, man, what's with the sudden interest in books and the library? That's not your usual style."

Roman rolls his eyes but can't help a small smile. He knows his friends mean well, even if their teasing is relentless.

Roman: "Just trying something new. Nothing wrong with broadening my horizons, right?"

Alex nudges him playfully.

Alex: "Sure, sure. Just don't forget about us when you become a bookworm."

Later, Roman heads towards the library, hoping to catch a glimpse of Lily. He spots her sitting outside on a bench, engrossed in her book. Taking a deep breath, he approaches her.

Roman: "Hey, Lily. Mind if I join you?"

Lily looks up, momentarily surprised but then smiles politely.

Lily: "Sure, Roman. How's your day going?"

Roman sits down beside her, trying to gauge her mood.

Roman: "Not bad. Practice was intense. How about you? How's the book?"

Lily: "It's really good. I'm at a crucial part of the story."

They chat for a few minutes, the conversation flowing easily. However, their interaction doesn't go unnoticed.

Silver, the cheerleading squad leader and one of the most popular girls on campus, watches them from a distance. She's furious, her eyes narrowing as she sees Roman and Lily talking. Silver has always had her eye on Roman and doesn't take kindly to seeing him with someone else.

Silver (V.O.): "Who does she think she is, talking to Roman like that?"

Silver storms over to the bench, her anger palpable.

Silver: "What do you think you're doing?"

Lily looks up, startled by Silver's sudden appearance.

Lily: "I... we were just talking."

Silver glares at her, her jealousy boiling over.

Silver: "Stay away from Roman. He's not interested in you."

Without warning, Silver slaps Lily across the face.

Lily is taken aback, trying to explain.

Lily: "I-I was just..."

But before she can finish, Silver slaps her hard across the face.

Silver's face contorts with anger, and without warning, she slaps Lily across the face.

Silver: "Stay away from him. He's mine."

Lily stumbles back, shocked and hurt, as other students look on in surprise.

Shocked and hurt, Lily stumbles backward, her heart racing. She retreats into the nearest building, trying to calm herself down. She finds herself in a dark storeroom, her fear of darkness overwhelming her.

Lily (Panicked): "No, please... I can't... It's too dark..." But suddenly someone lock the door.

Meanwhile, Ash, another popular boy on campus, is passing by and hears Lily's cries for help. He rushes to the storeroom and finds her huddled in a corner, trembling with fear.

Ash: "Hey, it's okay. I'm here to help."

Lily didn't say anything and get unconscious in Ash arms. She is locked in storage room for an hour. Ash get lily into university infirmary. At the infirmary, the nurse checks Lily's vitals and assures Ash that she will be okay.

Nurse: "She just fainted from the shock. She'll wake up soon."

Back on the football field, Roman is still practicing, unaware of the drama unfolding elsewhere on campus.

After being rescued by Ash, Lily is shaken but grateful. She tries to avoid Roman, fearing another confrontation with Silver. She keeps to herself, avoiding the areas where Roman usually hangs out.

Back at the football field, Alex and Ethan notice Roman's distraction and ask him what's wrong. Roman brushes it off, not wanting to worry them with the details.

Roman: "Just tired from practice, that's all. Let's focus on the game."

 Roman continues to practice with his team, unaware of the turmoil that Lily is going through. Lily, meanwhile, tries to recover from her traumatic experience, her fear of darkness still haunting her.
